don't respond to this but my theory is: that ectoplasm that was coming out of deku, may it be past hunter ( before lamb and wolf) that was reincarnated into deku or was just asleep in his soul, and the near death caused it to awaken, since deku did get memories from before lamb and wolf, it would be interesting as the series goes on, deku learns about that hunter before lamb and wolf and then become a legend himself as the strongest/smartest hunter
