no it is halal because football is part of Sport and Excerise like Archery and Horse Racing if you take it as a sense of Occupation then you are gaining two thing that are halal like Wages and Fitness it is also Sunnah because Prophet Muhammad(S.A.W) teaches us to stay fit and active not to Lazy and try as you can to earn cash through Hardworking and Following the Principles of Islam and not go against it like listening to music while your train
