Good video, my wing chun sifu always said every technique to be good must be trained to be used in 3 different methods. Or uses such has hard or soft. Offense, defense & strengthing oneself. Also, kung fu is everything was another saying. This is true, as I use kung fu to do dishes or work harder, faster & more efficiently. Has well has making mimumal tasks more interesting. Or paint better or more often by doing art just has practice or discipline. Keeping or starting new sketchbook while continuing to just paint freestyle for development of my own style.
