I want to thank every 0ne on this team for bringing such a wonderful tool to us. I started listening to it as an experiment. Initially I use to write day 1 and day 2, Now it has become part of my routine. When ever I want to change my pattern of thinking, I just listen to few lines. @@akritigupta7182 Yes. 1) I m understanding my pattern(habit)2)observing my thoughts, words( changing negetive thoughts with positive) it feels good. giving gratitude and love to the negetive situations and negetive people. 3)gratitude is changing my vibration 4) trying to understand others(listening more and more and talking less) 5)making my bed clean in the evening and in morning 6)every sentence of this video is very important. I m also watching magic video 7)today is my 2nd day of meditating 15m in the morning and evening.
