as an ex member of night dancers nation, them being a 'big' club? really got to their heads. most toxic club i was ever in and I was an instructor. I was part of the club for about two years and jesus christ they were not nice people. i left about a year ago. im in witch rush now and i love it so much

I don’t play sso anymore but I was also in ndn so I’m just confused on WHO you are 😂 if you left a year ago, there was 0 possible chance of you being an instructor unless I’ve calculated wrong. From 2021 to 2022 there was only 2 instructors excluding the owners (only 1 new instructor was added, I know all 3 instructors well. You’re not any of them😆) 2023 the club was completely inactive, so essentially you’ve just lied about being an instructor? Why? ndn was never toxic, I can’t speak for every member individually, but I can prove with audio recordings (I recorded most events) there was 0 negativity, ndn didn’t even have beef with anyone to be toxic to 😂 I can’t talk for individual members, but I know that most members barely even spoke to each other because everyone was so busy and the club was going inactive in 2022. So when would you have even witnessed this toxicity if it wasn’t during events, in chat or in private calls? Your imagination?

I'm dreaming of being a part of a successful club, to have that "escape" from reality. I'm thinking of creating my own soon! Thanks a lot for making this video. It helped me get a few thoughts and ideas about my future club that I won't give up on!

This helps alot! thank you! i currently own one of the big 3 clubs on AUNZ Servers Riding Roses legacy! We have a range of 23-45 members , its so difficult to keep member count up, we focus on quality over quantity, its hard when the AU Community isnt as enthusiastic about joinning clubs unlike Na and UK, we push through that have have a large fan base overall on Discord and instagram, The questions asked to the owners is something i would of wanted to ask so thank you for asking really questionly based questions on how to become successful!

This is great Spoony! Tysm for this and I love all of them clubs, I was lucky enough to be in Steel dancers before it got disbanded, you for sure should add Clay Dukes to one of these videos, they are disbanded unfortunately but it’s still great

my bts of being part in orga team in a big club is ...stress always, having to deal with annoying people & no appreciation for your hard work....maybe it was just that club but i don't think so...obviously i left... but like u put everything in that club, you plan your other schedule around your club times and always be on time for the club meetings (we had a lot) and you try your best but at the end nobody even sees what you do (i did so much discord cleanup + the social media)

I’m in a pretty big club, Sky Troopers, on Night Star (in NA servers), and it has 45 members atm. I hope this club grows more and more popular by the day!! I love being apart of big clubs, and Sky Troopers has everything I want in a club.❤ update: it has disbanded, so I’m sorry if i can’t answer ur questions in the replies

God all these videos on how to make a good club wish I saw them before making mine. I winged it tbh and I actually did good were now full and the biggest club on the server . A little tip to those who make a club do something no one else has did before if you like dressage that’s ok but everyone wants to make a dressage club equestrian champions is all disciplines and it’s for everyone every rider every lvl we’re like a big family “all for one one for all”

My club was made to be a family but we were maxed the next morning, I started doing only applications and we are a discord club. We are pretty huge in our region but couldn’t seem to grasp the worldwide ness other clubs as successful as us have grasped, and I found this video very helpful and plan to start social media platforms both for me and the club as well as open our server to people outside of the club.

2:10 whether if it’s for bad reasons or not, I have never gotten a mention, tysm

I agree with that of beeing kind but like, I have seen Many clubs and even participated on One that was big yes, but like there was so much drama, and like they were Toxic , what maybe makes people leave the clubs since they're not confortable on then Tysm for letting us know❤

I am the owner of Dangerous Queens on the UK server Candy cove and ive had the club for over 2 yrs now and i still have 11 members and just 2 of them are active this does help alot but i still think our club is just not liked by anyone.

I’m currently in a big club, maxed out members, it’s called Hyper Rush. It’s the most toxic club I’ve been in. The owner doesn’t let anybody else instruct or do anything. Ive decided to Leave today and start my own club so wish me luck! 🫶🏻 Update! - I’ve joined a new club and I am much more appreciated in this one!🩵
