Ya, i believe that is because he doesn't do platforming games usually and that is not a move that he considers intuitively, which is very interesting and of course can be a little bit frustrating to watch if he goes on auto-pilot mode and continuously dies, while forgetting about that. But that is still fun to watch lol

Fun fact for those who didn’t know: If you beat all Chapter 1-8 B-sides, you unlock the C-sides! Beating those rewards you with Variant mode, where you can freely modify several parts of the game’s mechanics to make things more interesting (Ex. 360° dashing, Mirror Mode, etc)

The weird thing about PC is that it seems like he unlearns essential tech every time he advances to a new room. He completely crushes something, and then goes back to playing like he's still back on chapter 1

58:03 When I saw that "PKMN NUZLOKE" my first thought was indeed "...How the hell would a pikmin nuzloke work???" And then "OOOOH no, that would be _impossible,_ of COURSE it means _pokemon_ nuzloke instead." And THEN I realised that it's not actually entirely impossible: If a pikmin dies, it's deducted from your maximum pikmin number. So, if 20 pikmin have died in the playthrough, you have a max of 80 pikmin. If 50 pikmin die after that, you then have a maximum of 30 pikmin. And if 100 die, you lose the whole run. Would definitely be both doable and difficult! Maybe the color of the pikmin could also factor into it somehow.

I saw so many chats saying that they hate the core, but I found I really liked it

Chapter 4 golden is much easier than 3, also, c side Goldens tend to be the easiest because they're so short

Btw before you play Farewell you gotta play the B sides and C sides bc of STORY (You unlock C sides by beating every B side)

I cleared Farewell before doing B sides cause I hate B sides :[ Got 4 A side hearts for the core and skipped the gate at Farewell. I love momentum based platformers.

So far I’ve golden berried 1-A, 2-A, 1-B, 2-B and all the C-Sides. I have gotten within a couple screens of completing 4-A but I always mess up at the last second. Not sure what to try next since the remaining levels all seem too long and too difficult to get Golden Strawberries in without taking weeks off of my life.

I definitely recommend the C-Sides since all of them are so short they are all very possible to memorize until you can finish them hitless. They are a PAIN in the ass though, but definitely easier than going for the later A-Side levels or B-Side levels since those are so much longer.

@@jordandwiggins1026 I wanna try and do as many A sides first. So far, I have done the first four and I have momorized and practice 5, the seekers suck though. You have to take it slowly. I am going to try to do summit golden then I'll try to do some more C sides. I also got a B side under my belt. -sincerely Uel

Neutral jumping where you go up wall without stamina combined with wave dashes as a filler for a second dash, lots of things can be cheesed... but somehow it seems like intended cheese. -sincerely Uel

@@dallama2616 Seriously? Neutral jumping seems like such an exploit. And they teach you waves dashing. Also, the game is meant to be speedrun, so I'm not surprised if they did add it for more potential. -sincerely Uel

I don't know how many people I've seen and heard claiming that it's obtuse BS when the game teaches you the mechanic with at least one berry, and the poem is honestly a dead give-away. It's almost as if they just referred to a guide that gave the answer to them and they completely missed the hints. It's like the equivalent of someone telling you the answer to a maths problem when they never bothered attempting it and they're like 'how in the world are you supposed to figure that out???'
