I have to agree. I was looking at a 2020 mustang GT but thought the 03 cobra had more character for sure. I looked for a coup all over the US and couldn’t find one at a decent price had to settle on a convertible but it certainly growing on me.

I allways had a space for the Terminator, since its the car that can go toe to toe with my favorite car, the Toyota Supra. That damn 4.6 4V Modular Engine is pure badassery.

@@weedshoes5089 look, i could take say a 96 supra and a 96 mustang and compare piece by piece the interior. Easily. Where you want to start? Dash? Radio bezel? Door sills? Quarter trim? A pillar? Ive owned both mustang and supra. Hell i have both a toyota and ford in the driveway right now....

They had other flaws. 03 & 04 Cobras were nearly perfect aside from the interiors. And yes, they were atrocious, so people thrived on that point.

Found your channel when you reviewed the GT350R when I was looking at getting one. After some self reflection I came back to wanting to get my original obsession. In just over a year I’ll be purchasing a Terminator Cobra

My favorite Mustang.

I've wanted one of these ever since they first came out when I was in high school. Such a mean car! My buddy had one in silver that he put a Kenne Bell on, and later did a Whipple setup with water/meth injection and made 688 rwhp on the dyno. Such a beast! Unfortunately, he had to sell it because he got married, had a kid, and needed the money.

I love this early 2000's era of Mustang. SVT Cobra R, Terminator, Saleen, etc.

@@karlhopkins713 well also the gt350s are having issues blowing the motors, I just saw one with 8,400 miles with rod knock, but they did reverse engineer a Ferrari 458 motor and somehow ruined that and made it sound worse. I don't mind 07, but I had a 12 California special, worst purchase I ever made, I'll never buy a manual that's past an 07 from ford again

As much as I love my the look, sound, and speed of my saleen supercharged s197, I still find myself wishing I had a terminator as well Something about it’s subtle styling cues that most people don’t even notice gives it that almost subconsciously sexy look. Plus I’ve always wanted to feel how much better the IRS feels than my watts link.

Really brave giving it boost on those wet roads. "Do you wanna Mustang week? Cause that's how you Mustang week"..

Hope you enjoyed this one you guys! One of my all-time favourite American cars for nothing other than it's pure savagery. Just to correct a mistake of mine in the video, there were 3,768 2004 Cobra coupes built for the 2004 production year, not total between the two years. See ya soon! - Marcus

The live axle has nothing to due with people crashing them, I'm so tired of hearing that, Jesus! Its simple the over power of the rear wheels with either none experience drivers or people getting hyped during car meeting (IE- showing off). Just simple adding an IRS would not of stop them from crashing. Its an issue with most over powered rear wheel drive platforms. Great video btw!

My 04 GT 40th Anniversary is getting a T56 followed by a blower too... making up my own 2V "Terminator". I was gonna just keep it NA but all my friends are making me boost it LOL. More power than I really need but I have to break my friends necks with some scary acceleration now. Let's get the trans in ther first though...
