    Interesting interview, but this was more about Gong than it was about cold calling and sales conversations. Felt like sponsored content (which I am well aware it was).

    Unfortunately, basically useless. A 30 mins commercial for GONG. Title is misleading, didn’t expect this from HBR TBH.
