I live in alaska, and we routinely intercept Russian aircraft operating near the alaska air defense zone. It happenes alot cause, you know. Russia is in our backyard. I honestly think the airforce love it. It gives them something to practice and a reason to keep their budget.

nah...we did that over 1000's of times from 1966 to 1962 flying the SR-71 @70,000-80.000 feet mig 25 wasn't off the ground before the 71 had already left

The rule of thumb is, if an aircraft passes in front of you in a provocative manner it’s ok to put a hundred rounds of 20mm through him. 😏

I like the two F35 s with two F16 s Four planes that sends a honest clear message.

Gps should tell a pilot if its in a countrys airspace.

@@mememachine5244 true. Its a 4 letter acronim or however its spelled. Same thing just diffrent. You put that in the aircraft. Besides if the lines are marked by our gps it will tell our piolets where they arent suposed to be. You get my drift im sure.

The only casualties on U.S. soil was 1 woman and 4 children during WW2. In Oregon they were out for a picnic and came across a Device they had never seen before. It was a Balloon Bomb.
