Anton, the cherry on top is an expression meant, an added bonus. So he was saying that it's an added bonus having Kelly's comment at the end. On many cakes topped with whip cream there is a cherry on top 🍨.

"It's so against, like, my instincts to jump to my back." This is what has been running through my mind the entire video as I try to visualize myself doing it. I get if you've trained it, it probably feels fine, but the thought of trying to force myself to land on my back is unsettling.

I learned from gym rock climbing, you learn how to fall fast and get your limbs out of the way. It honestly feels pretty natural when you're falling backwards at least. I would be scared of over-rotating at heights like this though.

You're one of the good ones Milo. Camera work was on-point as well 👍 Not sure how much it will help you, but a good way I fixed my posture was to stand as tall as I could and place a strip of tape from the base of my neck to my lower back, and then try not to break the tape while doing something like the dishes. I did that a few times a week and I naturally started to keep my back straighter.
