Think of a situation when every doctors are not ready to take risk and emergency treatment .It's easy for them to refer the case ..but they aren't doing so. At the same time they are taking their maximum effort to rescue ..But the uncultured public don't know this fact...simply coming and waiting to betray the doctors..
