Maybe I'm wrong here, I thought read somewhere that Dave McSavage was unhappy with R.T.E at the time. But this is brilliant peice of comedy from Dave McSavage.

Classic. Irish humour cant beat it. Cant help laughing at depressed gardi from Limrick. Goes on in every country not just ireland. Big shout out to all the lads including RTE. So funny. Willa a freind of mine in dock. Funny in real life too. 🇨🇮

that's exactly what more or less goes on in an Irish courtroom , an absolute joke with over paid , greedy barristers defending repeat offenders

Yeah that damn constitution giving people human rights like the presumption of innocence. And those damn greedy defense barristers earning an honest living on scraps of free legal aid with advanced degrees and high intellects. Bring back the death penalty I say!

Ya all those clowns with 400 convictions need is a hug, because only repeat offenders get free legal aid . Scraps of free legal aid???? aahahahaha not scraps when you have 50+++++ cases a day in the same courtroom.

@@LimerickWarrior1 it's not just repeat offenders, anyone facing serious charges who can't afford a lawyer can qualify for legal aid. repeat offenders might be more likely to get free legal aid but presumably at least some of the people getting free legal aid are first time offenders.

@@arianrhodhyde7482 Its funny I know someone on disability(physical)and he got rubbish free legal aid TWICE and cost him access to his child. I actually think a traffic cone sitting in the solicitors chair would have been better. I could have won the case. Actually I think my dog might have had a better grasp of the case. Solicitors care only about money and screw people.
