The Sandy Spire Milestone 1 Preview

The Sandy Spire is a large resort and convention center built in Skyscrapersim. This building has been redesigned and rebuilt several times, it the latest version the size of the building was expanded significantly. With 112 floors, 117 elevators, and 20 stairwells this building is monster sized. The Milestone 1 build of this building has been in development since June. A Milestone development build download will be available by the end of September. The final version of the building is planned to be complete by mid 2024.

That wasn't added until the newer version of this building in Milestone 2. Watch that video to see those elevators.

will you also make a full release with all of your buildings? (like 2021 and before builds and including buildings like Sky II and Sandy Spire V2 and 3)

Sky II is not my building. The Sandy Spire versions 2 and 3 will be included with the next download.

The sand is on the beach side of the tower. The pool and beach area is not completed at this time
