How do you get the sponge back out?🤔

The ball is 2 1/2”, once it hits the 5” to 3” reducing elbow, air is allowed around the ball and the ball sits right in the elbow. When I clean out, I’ll pump the excess concrete out and the ball comes out in the first stroke!

Once the sponge gets through the reducer, it allows air around the ball and the sponge sits right in the reducing elbow. Couple strokes forward when you go to wash out and she pops right out.

Wow, that's crazy! I didn't realize they could pull a sponge that far!

Farthest I’ve done with 2 1/2” line is 150ft. Took me roughly 5-7minutes to get it through 100ft. Once it get down to the last 50ft it goes quick but takes it a little bit to get going.

Do you blown the lines out before you suck the ball back like a boom pump

No. I throw the pump in reverse and suck everything back to the hopper.

good way to test your kidney seals/s tube seals....cutting ring seals.....looks to me your pump is in good condition..... can you get a hold of nitrogen in your area..2200psi bottles

Purchased the pump in march of 22’ with all new seals and wear parts. I haven’t changed them yet but I think I’m going to after world of concrete. That will probably be a 3 part video lol. I’ve never looked into it but I think you could get 2200 psi bottles around here.

nitrogen will blow out 2 inch line but you gotta be thery careful....you gotta strap down or chain line down for blowouts

Now what do you do with a full hopper

Go dump it at the wash out. Which is on site so I don’t have to travel down the road.

I could pump it back into the truck but i couldn’t get it all of it out of my hopper. Either way there would be a pile on the ground.
