I've had 5 helps in the space of 9 months. I've discovered that no matter how good you are to them, they don't just pay back with goodness. Most of them envy the life you have and start behaving funny. Now I stick to having cleaners that comes in the morning and leave after work. You'll be fine mama. I totally relate to your struggle because I have 2 little kids too.b

I can totally understand! I tell people that there’s no shame changing your helps till you find the one that is everything you want with a good heart. My last helps were really nice to me as I was to them, but the ending was not so great, in all they did a good job and now it’s time for everyone to move on. You on the other hand?! Wow! Just wow! Same issue I'm having now. I really want to send her away but she keeps begging that she doesn't want to go to the village again.

Watching your video now just made me cry in the office The struggle we go through in the hands of Nannie’s is just alarming My nanny just stopped work this morning… no pre information or communication Just sent me a message that she’s traveling to one of her aunties place and for that won’t continue again.. I have a toddler and a 5months baby. With my 9-5 how do I even cope . Today has just been crazy but I will be fine regardless.. weldone mama all will be fine

This is my reality with 2 kids. It's extremely draining, doing the house chores, cooking, and taking care of everyone without help . You will get through this sis. Sending virtual hugs🫂

Take your flowers mama; it’s how you still found time to film and edit despite the stressful family situation you are experiencing. you’d get a good nanny who’d love your kids like theirs soon🤗 I know how exhausting it feels; I’m currently searching for a replacement for my live-in nanny who suddenly became disrespectful and aggressive. I’m glad my day time nanny is sooo good and has worked with us since I had my first child in 2021. Just try to get some rest when the kids sleep at night & remember to monitor the new one you’d find when you do. Nothing is as irritating as finding it a nanny is aggressive towards the kids, what then are you doing as a nanny? It is well. Enjoyed watching ❤

I feel no can take care of my kids like I do, there are things my kids would do and I will over look because they are just being kids but I fear a help won't over look and just pour out their frustrations on my kids so I decided to just face it but sincerely it's draining, i put everything on hold because of them hopefully I get to do the things I love to do again😊.

Sis yes I was and they were also good to me. The domestic violence was the IG story 😂 the other one left to get her life started. I wish both of them Goodluck in their endeavors. So here we are 😂

My mom and many of my aunties thought this would be their life too until they found themselves in the US. I don’t know a single person with a house help or legit baby sitter so they do everything alone. I pray God will give u the strength to continue and hopefully if u want you’ll find help soon ❤
