Powerful! I grew up not knowing that my Grandmother Ruth was born on the Sisseton-Wahpeton Sioux Reservation (Dakota). I was about 42 before I learned that, but she was already gone. About a decade ago my life fell apart. Fortunately there was a Native American Circle ready to give me a home .. spiritual, cultural, familial. Now I'm a 71 year old cis but bi man.
