This was pretty good. I played d1 water polo so sports are important to me. This year I starting reffing basketball and high school girls lacrosse. Lacrosse is a very unique sport no doubt about it. This helps a novice like myself

Thanks for doing this…but if I may make a suggestion… you don’t need to speak so fast and squeeze it all into 5 minutes. I would have been happy to spend at least 15 minutes…and also have more content.

im 14, first practice is in march. Im on JV and have some experience but i still literally suck at the game, im gonna train super hard to try and be good when practice starts
