The Ruin of The Ace Family: Choosing FAME Over FAMILY

The Ace Family once ruled the KZread platform, until their many controversies caused their inevitable ruin and the complete destruction of their brand and image. This year the parents of the Ace Family, Austin and Catherine, announced their divorce. But what caused the complete self destruction of the two partners? Austin and Catherine were seeking fame and fortune, and they found it alongside their KZread career, and seemingly sacrificed all else in their life for the continuation of their own self fulfilment and vices.... leading, ultimately, to their ruin.

If there are some weird cuts in this video, they were not originally there. SuperBam, Inc. (alongside, or in association with, I am assuming, the Ace Family) copyright claimed at this point more than 7 clips of this video at this point. Because I had to cut these clips out of the video, I thought I would describe here some of the most important and interesting clips that they claimed in this video. -Austin telling the audience (and Catherine) in one of their early Q and A’s that because she didn’t reach out to him after their first date she is “stubborn” and that men should beware of stubborn women. He then goes on to tell her she shouldn’t have let her past dictate how she acted, talking over her in front of the camera until she is rendered speechless off of what was supposed to be a dating story. -Austin filming his mother after racist and colorist tweets of his resurface, to try to prove to the audience that he is “not racist” in which his mother laughs and says he is just a jokester, and that he dated a black woman in the past (somehow implying that means he cannot be colorist or racist?) -during the Ace Club section, important clips I assume for the ongoing legal case with subify in which Austin and Catherine make many promises to their audience that they with the Ace Club they will do tons of giveaways, giveaway houses, cars, tuition paid, even someone’s fertility treatment. Then another relative clip where in the aftermath of the Ace Club falling apart Austin says that him and Catherine cannot relaunch the Ace Club because they don’t have the time or ability to produce extra content (funny how that clip was copyright claimed even though it was sourced from something posted onto instagram, and was 5 seconds long…) -The mistake clip, where Catherine and Austin accidentally leave in a clip of Austin yelling at Catherine in the beginning of a video, somehow involving the fact that his hair did not look good. Inappropriate words were used, all this filmed and in front of their very young children (though the biggest child in the room, in my opinion, was Austin) What topic should I cover next? Planning on posting a few shorter videos next but hope you’ve been enjoying these longer deep dives! 💜

Watching that clip of the crowd frantically screaming at him in the Staples Centre blows my mind. Like... what are you all cheering for?? What does he do??? He... has kids??? Are you all out of your minds? Also, someone (I believe Kurtis Konner?) did a video that showed that the venue for AceFest physically could not hold the amount of people for how many tickets they were selling. Claiming that the tickets were sold out was presumably something they had to do when they realised that if they sold anymore tickets they would fill the venue to more than capacity and it would be an absolute PR disaster.

I can’t say that if I had that much money I wouldn’t spend it on vacations and stuff but one has to wonder why on earth you’d need like 9 sports cars. I totally get spending money on fun stuff, but there’s spending and then there’s this. When I started working the first thing I added to my life were travels. Small affordable travels in my budget. I did feel the urge to buy all the fancy stuff I coveted over the years but I knew better than to give in to those urges. I remember wanting to buy a gaming setup from my savings. But I barely ever game, a normal small laptop was more than enough. But I do remember that urge to suddenly buy good shoes fancy clothes etc. Looking back, I think I hoped that having nice stuff will finally make me feel like a happy person because I would have all these commodities. But that’s as much as my empathy for them can go. I would expect that at some point in their life one must stop and look at themselves and realise only you can better you and get some fudging therapy

It’s so over the top and in my opinion, irresponsible also, considering they have 3 kids that they should be putting money aside for, and also because of the source of their income. I think it’s not financially responsible to be so careless and exaggerated with your spending, but what do I know 🤷🏻‍♀️ also, they’re clearly not the smartest financially and business wise anyways.

Honestly both how they treat their kids in the burglary video and the both of the accidentally posted unedited videos gives me a really bad feeling. Just how harshly they spoke to each other and their kids when they thought no one would see… it feels like they see those kids as props. Kids (and anyone honestly) can be heavily affected by their parent’s tone of voice and words. Anything phrased in a hurtful way could easily stick with them forever. I’ve had my mom say some stuff that wasn’t intended to be mean that has stuck with me forever and she is one of the better parents I’ve ever seen, actively trying to hurt me as little as possible. I can’t imagine all the things these kids have heard from parents that obviously don’t care as much as they should. Also, I’m just waiting from that one guy in comment sections that always goes “these kids are so sensitive!! they’ll never be ready for a real world!!” as if kids aren’t more sensitive than adults or not ready for the real world by design. Be nice to your kids dammit.

Okay, so a 'certificate of occupancy' is not what determines if the house will have gas or the like. That's a lie. What the certificate means is that the property is A. up to code and B. that this is a residential building meant for living in and not say, an industrial or commercial building meant for running a business. So what they did with the loan is they took out a mortgage to buy the two properties, took out a loan to put them together, and then didn't make it a residential home, because they thought they could game the system. How do we know this? Because those high-interest rate, short term mortgages are typically taken out by contractors who are flipping homes, because they don't want to be tied up for a long time. They want to have it only for a short time, and then they want to sell it, thus reducing the amount of accrued interest. But the Ace family, being greedy, figured they could get a quick, short term contractor loan, which usually isn't given to anyone who actually intends to live in a home, and also then live in the home that was not fit for occupancy, because it wasn't classified as a residence, it was classified as a place not fit for occupancy, like any normal contractor home that's being built. This is also pretty illegal. And usually, no one is stupid enough to do this, because there's not usually any benefit. But I'm guessing that they figured that they could claim it was a contractor house, live in it, and then pay off the loan with very little interest compared to a 30 year mortgage. But I'm guessing someone, likely the state or city, got wind that they were actually living there. And they decided to try and blame the contractors. Because that loan is outstanding, the house has been worked on, and normally the process would be to get the certificate of occupancy, refinance the loan as a normal mortgage, and then treat it as a residency with all the taxes and fees associated with that. But if you were a bank, would YOU give these guys a loan, knowing that the last time they came to you for a loan, they'd lied to you about what they were doing? Of course not. No bank would touch that. The property is a frankenstein's monster and the bank is likely going to struggle to sell it. But make no mistake, there is a 0% chance that they didn't know what they were doing. You don't take out a contractor loan on a house unless you're trying to avoid paying taxes or interest on the loan. Contractors trying to live in a house that they're 'working' on is a problem that happens time to time, and it is illegal in most cases. But in this case, it looks like they got off with the house being repossessed, but I certainly can't imagine they're getting loans from anyone so easily anymore.

It’s not to say an escort can’t feel genuine love. It’s saying that they can be more involved and intimate with a person without feeling love, an emotional connection, and/or physical attraction if they choose it and they feel there are other benefits that make it worth it. For most people there has to some type of connection to get into a relationship. Emotional or physical (ideally both). There are people who aren’t escorts that will get into a relationship with someone they don’t have any emotional or physical connection with purely for financial benefit/lifestyle/security/status. They’re usually seen as “gold diggers”. There’s no way to know for sure if someone is a “gold digger” until they’ve been in that type of relationship, or until they tell you that’s what they are interested in. Whereas with an escort you at least know that they for sure have/had the capacity to be involved with someone purely for financial gain, not necessarily that they will definitely choose to do that. Plenty of escorts have romantic partners that they genuinely love. But not every person is capable of being involved with someone they don’t have some sort of connection or attraction to. It makes perfect sense that she would have that capacity, because how else could anyone tolerate Austin for any length of time? Not a fan of ace family and never saw their contents either, but i followed the Mega Mansion Drama thru drama channels during its peak news cuz i had nothing better to do lol. If anyone wants the gist of it, here it is: 1) austin saw 2 houses being built that were going to be 3 houses standing next to each other like a mini cul de sac, he liked it and asked to combine it all together instead. 2) he bought it and wanted to “traditionally”mortgage it but because it’s still under construction, there’s no cert of occupancy, so he took those 2 big high interest loans that he would need to pay back within 18 months. By then, they were expecting the certificate to be completed and they would be remortgaging it (which it ended up never being completed). 3) plumbing and all the technical stuff were whacky because they were supposed to be 3 separate houses, not one big house. Meanwhile, 2 of the houses (minus middle part) were basically halfway done when he bought them, so combining those 2 houses with a new middle part (grand lobby) ended up messing things up. That’s why things are so far away and dont make sense (an example was how comically far bathtub, standing shower, sink, and vanity were from each other in the main bathroom-even for a large bathroom). 4) catherine was actually diligently paying the loan, but “forgot” that the 18 month period was up, and her transfer bounced, so she thought “oh it’s their bad, i tried to pay already, so i’m just gonna use my money” and from what i recall, she did try to pay again the next month but it bounced again. So she thought nothing of it. (Obviously ppl’s reaction was “how could you not be concerned that your loan/mortgage couldnt go thru!”) 5) finally, ppl were calling them out for portraying their mega mansion as a perfect luxurious home, while only later revealing the improper living arrangement. Literally prioritizing fame over family 🥲

On burglary, which is not a robbery (that's when you steal from a person), which is when you break into a place to steal, I followed a couple of old cases about burglars, who specifically preyed on the super wealthy. One was a woman, who got access to enter homes & she would wear disguises, enter the home & swipe their best stuff, but the other one was about a team of 3 young men, & they apparently would research the house, so they know the layout before hand, & they go after specific stuff, jewelry, clothing, & cash primarily. It is true that you want to be in & out, & you would always assume there is an alarm system, but people who commit crimes as a living (speaking from personal experience), you develop a system that's often based on common human behaviors, so for this, wealthy people tend to use the same habits for their homes, so its not like you enter with zero idea of where to look. Another example could be people that target drug dealers, would have an understanding of where drugs, cash & guns are often hidden.
