The Royal Arch: what is it all about?

This talk is aimed at Master Masons and newly Exalted Royal Arch Companions, although all Companions are likely to find something of interest.
Its purpose is to increase awareness and understanding of the Royal Arch, inspire more brethren to wish to become Companions and to suggest when and how they might consider joining. The talk concentrates on the Royal Arch as practiced in the English Constitution.

@genoburnett6963 Far be it from me to try to discourage you....but you ought to know that Freemasonry is a marathon...not a sprint. Of course, I do not know your individual circumstances etc, but I would always advocate going through the Chair of your Mother Lodge BEFORE Exaltation in the Royal Arch. There will be a host of members trying to get you to join their Chapter....resist them all. You will be a Companion of the Royal Arch in no time.

We are all different and so are our journeys. The advice to delay joining the Royal Arch originates a long time ago and is no longer relevant. I would suggest be guided by your search, your interest, your circumstances and your commitment.

@David Sharma Hey there, David. The BEST piece of advice I can give, is something Tony said near the start of the presentation. After you have taken your Third Degree and can call yourself a Master Mason, there will plenty of men trying to get you to join THEIR Chapter. You should learn to walk before you run. DON'T join RA until you've done all the offices of the Craft Lodge. This will give you time to take stock and try to figure out what it's all about. For you. We all interpret our Freemasonry in different ways, because we are all individuals. I ABSOLUTELY recommend the Royal Arch for anyone who loves their masonry. Good luck.

Thank you. I do not go so far as to say delay joining until you have done all the Craft offices. We are indeed all different, learn at a different pace and absorb learning in different ways. Be cautious and don't jump to the first invite without doing your own reserach, but join when you feel ready.

@@WBroTonyHarvey is that so you can be worshipped as if you were the creator instead of this “brother” using the same common knowledge in his own words as you have? Do you own language? It all makes sense now that your whole philosophy is to worship the creation rather than the creator. There is only 1 Creator and He is not with you Luciferian blasphemists

@@TheRealist2022another person who isn't up to speed on how things operate. Did you know that construction of the Twin Towers started in 1968, and that 1968 was also the same year the US declared 911 as it's official emergency number. Yeah you probably missed the fact that 911 is the same date the twin towers fell. Did you ever stop to look at the masonic compass and square sitting between the twin pillars. You will see how it looks like IXXI. The 2 x's are either side of the compass and square crossing each other to make x's. IXXI = 911 in Roman numerals. Iv seen it on an old Roman coin. Iv seen it carved into stone while watching a documentary on ancient Rome. The US named a space shuttle Apollo. Porsche made a 911 Apollo. 911 = Apollos Gate, or the Gate of Apollo. Apollo being a Sun God. Sun God worship. The Twin Towers were just a representation of the Gate of Apollo. 911 was just a mass sacrifice while also giving the US an excuse to rape and pillage the middle east. Especially Iraq. The same reason they went to Iraq in 1991. There was something they were looking for in Iraq, but it never had anything to do with weapons of mass destruction. Ancient Babylonian artefacts. They found some in 1991, and they only went back there in 2003 due to what was found by an archeologist. Biblical Text Revelation 9 11. And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon. And there is your God Apollo.... you all need to play catch up. Gotta love the masonic world
