I concur that this collection brings more of the designers' personal style into the brand. I see this collection as less about broadening the customer base and more about providing solutions for a customer's entire wardrobe, a one-stop shop for those who can afford it. I don't think they operate this way, but in capitalistic terms, it's getting those who have bought to buy in deeper, because it's easier get a repeat customer than acquire a new one. I love The Row and I'm happy they're offering a wider range of options this season, because after a few years of buying, it's getting to the point of "how can I justify another black coat?" As always, love hearing your insights.

I'm in your position as well. Though I discovered The Real Real and was able to snag a pair of black trousers from The Row for $20! They have pages of items from The Row for under $100. And I try to use Neelam's awesome style as influence to create looks from items I already have in my closet.

Me too! 😂 Sometimes an idea works out in my head nicely but then I don’t love it on me. I think a pair of low heeled sandals or pumps or a pair of flip flops would pair well.

For me this collection felt the most genuine. It told the story of our wardrobe highs and lows; the More polished days and the days when we scrape a (fabulous) pair of pants and a T off the floor; it felt real and reflective of my life in clothes.

Thank you for this great review. Just received the East West Margaux Bag in pebbled leather in Mocha -- the dimensions are about 17" X 9" (with 6.5" handle drop) X 8". The bag is leather, not canvas lined.

I own a few row items and I cannot fathom why everyone is so obsessed. Nice? Yes. Obsession worthy? No way . Even the pieces I have don’t strike me as being so above 1000 other brands.

I understand. The prices are really going to the bad place for luxury goods. And as a result, I’m having to wait for sale for things I want. With The Row (for me), the obsession is not only the quality but the style. They’re a bit edgy but also luxurious, minimal, and timeless. It’s the perfect balance and when I wear it I feel at home.

If I’m not mistaken, I think I might have pre-ordered one. 🤔 You know I LOVE a backpack. They’re my all time favourites and what’s nice about Joe is that it doesn’t have a sphincter cinch at the top. My husband calls my Sporty backpack the sphincter bag and I can’t unsee it. 😑 😂

I am thinking of getting a blazer from the Row , the marri jacket to be specific ,but noticed it was a mix of polyester . Have you had a blazer with this mix in textile? And if so does it look cheap in person or it still looks good on hand ?

I have an old blazer from TR called the Lione and while it’s a beautiful jacket, the fabric isn’t as appealing to me as their wool or scuba blazers. However, as far as poly blends go, TR makes the best of them. It’s still a really nice jacket. So I guess if you don’t mind a poly blend then you’ll enjoy their fabrication. Regardless of what material they’re working with, it’s top notch.

Okay that's it! I ordered the penelope hat. Its so gorgeous on You. Is it comfortable on? So scared it fit tight. Alot of stretch I hope? Been collecting the row coats suits and shoes for a while. Rick Owens ,Simone Rocha and The Row made my favourite coats. Always relevant. Its like they develop with you. Like good friends😊.

I took a size medium to accommodate my hair but even in the small it was comfortable and I don’t like tight hats. Which one did you order? The velvet?

@@NeelamAhooja Yes! The black in medium. I've noticed that if You look good in a piece I do too. Scary similar taste. My hair is like that too only blonde. Now You allowed"me to wear it as it is☺️. Its just GORGEOUS like that. The hair can contribute to the shape shifting too. Ok slow learner here😅. Thank You . Cannot describe how much I've learned here. Walzing into my wardrobe and discover things a new way. Forever grateful.

I've had my eye on the dark brown EW Margaux, but the dimensions aren't noted on the site. It's only one size, but what size? I'm also loving the Idaho bag in dark brown, which no one is talking about.

I believe the base of the EW is 17. Not sure about the height yet but most likely around 9-10” max because the Margaux 17 is about 12-13” tall. As for the Idaho bag, the straps aren’t long enough to go over the shoulder unless you’re looking at the XL. And this is why I passed on the style. A tote’s entire purpose is utility. It’s such a minimal design so it needs to have this for my buy-in. However, that XL is really really nice. It’s just gargantuan!😆

Yes sometimes pictures are deceiving. The same way people think I’m tall then when they meet me 🤨 😂 I like my Kali coat. Lots of fabric and movement but I like that. I think the Spring coats are more voluminous though.

I never like to comment on pieces until I have more information. Her jewelry is stunning. Like art mimicking nature. Very organic look to them (esp in the newer collections). I love the materials she uses. The prices are high but I think they’re worth it (again, based on what I see). When I have a chance to try them on, I’ll report back.

It’s a new more formal collaboration that will be available to buy at The Row boutiques. Lisa’s pieces were occasionally sold at the Row but these pieces were designed specifically for collection. (many of them in black jade). Lisa is one the chicest woman I have ever seen…longtime muse to Tom Ford and Ashley’s mother in law of course.
