Streaming can not and does not help them to get a Grammy nomination. That would only help with BBMA or AMAs. Those are awards given for popularity. Grammys is given by peers in the music industry, and The Rose themselves must submit their own work, and also they would need to eventually be invited to be Academy members. They can submit work, but they can't vote without being members.

I think 'Back To Me' could get them to the Grammy's

They have to submit their own music to the Grammys. Fans can not help them. It is an award given by their peers, not their fans!

Grammys are not an award that has anything to do with fans or charts. The Rose must submit their own work for consideration, and choose which categories they wish to compete in. Grammys is a peer given award. Thats why it's so prestigious. It isnt a popularity contest.
