DJ Mix recorded on June, 2023 on the island of Florianópolis in southern Brazil
As I've mentioned before, I live on an island in southern Brazil called Florianópolis. There's an expression here that says you need to leave the island to see the island. Nothing could be truer. Sometimes you need to take a step back to understand things.
Sometimes you need to climb to the top of a building to look at the city from above and disconnect from the pressures of the streets, the traffic, work, capitalism... and allow yourself to feel, to move, to dance.
This is the second part of a series of videos that I'm releasing here on the channel, aiming for that simple act of feeling, of leaving the island, of climbing to the top of the building to engage with beauty and subjectivity, detached from the brutality of language and intellect. Music to feed our souls.

I love the no ads because KZread has become the latest ad machine that wont allow viewing with an ad blocker on, this is because no amount of money is ever enough. So now i only watch/listen to videos with no ads or rip them for free im not paying for youtube when it costs more than Disney or Netflix. Also even if you dont want to, when some of your videos get enough traffic KZread ad machine sends in the swarm so please delete and re-upload when that happens otherwise swipe the ad away 3 times on your phone and then the video just plays

This mix is sooo good! I lived in Floripa for a year and a half during the pandemic... wish I would have seen your music then, it would have really lifted me up! Love some of the Brazilian tracks you mixed in here. Where do you play usually, I will be passing back through in late Sept and I'd love to see you play!
