this roewe actually was the Rover from UK. chinese bought the production line after Rover shut down in UK years ago

Auto-sliding center console, these kind of ambitious ideas from Chinese automakers really really amazes me. Normally things like these never comes out of drawing board in favor of costs and maintenances, but these cars visually and functionally proves it’s not such a bad idea afterall and as a design engineer, it’s really satisfying to watch

Since Roewe used to be a British brand and everyone know both British and Chinese love tea. Yes,it is a good design!

Strange how the world has almost no knowledge and recognition of these amazingly futuristic cars! I've never seen such cool lights in a car before. I if you sold these in the west they would break the car market

@@LeoMkII NIO is now under strong pressure from Tesla. Tesla is slaughtering in China, and none of the bad news (the braking issue, autoplit issue, not to mention the battery issue, etc) could stop it. The Model Y, oh god, SUV is everything most Chinese after for a car. I am expecting a sales boost of Tesla in 2021.

Hi you should mention about the remote connectivity. You can locate the van on your mobile. It recognizes you the moment you enter the car. It also can do ECU and other upgrades with or without your consent. Hopefully all the information it collects (face, voice, location, ECU data) end up into good hands and good use.

I'm from India and like Chinese cars. Great job by your team. Keep up and make more videos like this.

Great review there! Been following the channel for some time and I am just fascinated by the Chinese automotive market. Keep up the good work!

That tea set is undoubtedly the "Chinesiest" thing I've ever seen in a vehicle, but I want one SO BAD!! If the build quality of the vehicle is good enough, I would consider buying one if they exported them to Australia to use as executive transport. The resale value would be pretty low, but the savings in buying and operating one of these over a Q7 or similar would negate that- and then some, probably.

Looks like a Lexus at the front which is nice....Looks a useful big car.About time the UK got some of these Chinese cars,surely people would by them.

Looks like it’s targeting the alphard/ vellfire market... should sell pretty well. Should consider exporting it to southeast Asian countries as well

The usdm might need a grill at the center console instead of a teaset. Especially when you are trying to sell it in Texas.

Audio system is pretty good. The funny part is that the speakers mounted in the dashboard look like those ones that rise up when you turn on the car...but they never move. It's actually quite clever.

I wonder why renowned brands like Toyota isn't implementing these features on Noah mpv!

The headlights is similar to Hyundai H1

Such a nice MPV! Very impressive features and interior design. I wish SAIC had attained the rights to the ROVER brand so that they didn't have to make up a new brand as ROEWE. That logo looks so tacky and cheap.

I wish SAIC would import the IMAX 8 as an MG in the UK! It’d be much nicer than the bland rubbish they sell at the moment

US and European ideas of luxury car : Expensive SUV and Sports car. Asian ideas of luxury car : Minivan.
