Gym guys or people planning on going to the gym i have some advice: Dont go every single day, atleast have one rest day a week for your muscles to rest. Muscles build because its scar tissue from the over stressed movements and it also causes you to become stronger. Also dont just focus on lifting, focus on movement and flexibility aswell (also stay well hydrated) because you go to the gym to get fit for survival, if you work on movement and strength aswell as knowing to rest you'll be all set.

Gym guys or people planning on going to the gym i have some advice: Dont go every single day, atleast have one rest day a week for your muscles to rest. Muscles build because its scar tissue from the over stressed movements and it also causes you to become stronger. Also dont just focus on lifting, focus on movement and flexibility aswell (also stay well hydrated) because you go to the gym to get fit for survival, if you work on movement and strength aswell as knowing to rest you'll be all set.
