This is a review of the BMW X5 SUV from 2016 and is this the world's best SUV, we explore after spending a week with the award winning car. Howard, is a Tribe Leader alongside Clarkson Hammond and May on Drive Tribes.
This is the X5 and the SE version too.
This car was fitted with the recommended Autonomous Braking and BMW pedestrian recognision which we recommend in the X Series.
Many people think this is called the Z5 BMW which is weird.. because there is a Big X on the back of it. Which might be a clue.
Anyway we did note higher than 25mpg - but not by much! But overall this is an excellent car, which is also very easy to drive. Whilst we would recommend the upgraded leather if you by this BMW new, the standard leather and large connected drive screen is likely to be enough for most people.

Awesome SUV, I have the 2006 x5 4.4 and love to upgrade To at least a 2010-2012 x5 M.

£150 - £160 easily!! These should be a lot cheaper than they are especially with the trim squeaks and VED past 2017
