In 622, fearing for his safety, Muhammad fled to Madina, where he had been offered a position of considerable political power. When Muhammad died, in 632, he was the effective ruler of all of southern Arabia. Unified by Muhammad for the first time in history, and inspired by their fervent belief in the one true God, these small Arab armies now embarked upon one of the most astonishing series of conquests in human history. At this time, both the super power of its time, the Eastern Roman Empire and Sassanid Persian Empire were exhausted of manpower, resources, and finances. They had fought a massive war against each other for decades. However, the total war between these empires had devastated the region and alienated them from the local populations. It was the perfect moment for the Muslims to strike.

Nice video but why is black African Muslims are left. The Mali Empire was during the golden age and added a lot to the scientific development of the Muslim world. Timbuktu University was amongst the highest in the muslim world.

The homeland of these scholars is current Uzbekistan. I don't like when to our former scholars refer as persians, we are the persians in root, but still we have to be referred as central asians, since for centuraies this region was a pot where numerous of nations are mixed. Even today I believe we have that DNA of these scholars, I had friends smarter than any students I met in top prestigious universities in EU, by top I mean top 100 universities, still none of them can come close to my friends from Uzbekistan, they were geniouses that even wouldn't use drafts and papers to solve calculus problems, like differential equations and integration they would solve it in mind. Having such bright minded youth we are suffering, because the goverment and people got far from Islam, Islam was that part of equations that promoted these scholars, currently government doesn't care, these guys because of life hardships are shifting from science to simple jobs to survive and feed their families since they aren't capable to earn money in their field of interest, truly very sad picture... Still, any time if justice will come to our side as well, these young scholars will emerge, they are still carrying this DNA, but for how long these genes will be preserved, we may cross the point of no return.
