Hey what is up guys! It is ExcuseMeImJack and today I am bringing you the first of many speedbuild that will be canon to my short film series: The Rise of Jurassic World.
The Washington Facility is used to hold the dinosaurs that were extracted from Isla Nublar. They will be kept there until Jurassic World: California is completed.

How do you even unlock the innovation center? I never figured it out

It’s in the science center under attractions; it is named “Attractions I” I believe. It’s the bottom option after you unlock the viewing gallery.
