OMG I HAVEN'T NOTICED!

Honestly, the actual loosers in this show are the judges, imo. The amount of respect I lost for them week after week is actually insane. I don't even care what script mnet gave them, or how their comments were cut to fit mnets narrative. They gave the points and they agreed to take part in this madness and they were picked as judges because their reputation would make them seem believable and trustworthy. Well, that's over. The reaction and very discriminating rating to both of the excellent duo performances in this episode were the glowing finale of this circus. It's like their attention span is exactly 1 person. I really can't with these clowns...

Yeah, I’m okay with taeyang and leejung most of the time (in terms of giving criticism) and also vvn, but 24 and Monika need to know when to shut their mouths. As for the judging for points, they all very biased (may not be all of them but we don’t know what they scored everyone)

THE OUTFITS!!! GOOD GOD!!! I feel like the ILAND stylists are deliberately out for Yuju because, while this is their worst yet, they've almost always styled her in ways that just don't suit her. That's not to say Yuju isn't pretty -- because she is -- but she looks WAY better off stage wearing a plain shirt and sweatpants with her hair tied in a messy ponytail than she does in a lot of her stage outfits. Because of course Yuju knows what looks good on her. Not only that -- have you noticed that part of Yuju's range of expressions includes how she utilizes her hair? And yet they gave her a ponytail during Lovesick Girls when she had such crucial center parts, and straightened it during Baggy Jeans and Rain On Me (again, when she had a significant amount of parts) when her hair just doesn't flow as well as if it had been curled. And of course, the styling bias isn't only towards Yuju (or ILAND 2 for that matter -- between just ILAND 2 and Girls Planet 999, I can write a 10 page essay on styling bias in survival shows so easily) but this is getting REALLY long, and it's most prominent (to me) on Yuju, and I like her, so... it's probably because she's skilled and decently popular that giving her zero screentime just isn't cutting it anymore, so they had to nerf her in other ways.... so vote Yuju to piss the show producers off, thank you!

You’re so right like if it’s a rap performance, it’s not a dance and rap one, like they rated more bases on the dance and they made them dance in the first place since they all know that yuju is better in every way than Koko when it comes to rap, and more than all-rounder it was sing and dance (all rounder means that you can sing/rap/dance in a decent/great level like Juwon)

There’s a very clear reason why the Rap performance had to rap and dance and the vocal performance didn’t have to It’s to cater to Jiyoon and Kokos strengths because obviously Jungeun is the better dancer and performer aswell as Yuju being the better rapper

I think team A in tomorrows episode would actually be a goated lineup Vocals- jiyoon, jungeun, juwon, sujung, Yuju Rap- Yuju, koko Dance- sujung, juwon, koko, jungeun Center- honestly all of them but personally I think yuju would be a nice center And then they all have amazing stage presence and since the group is produced by teddy they also all fit the vibe super well

I find it funny how the 2 best dancers in the dance unit got the lowest scores and the best rapper got a low score (arguably should have been atleast 90 score). Jungeun getting a low score too is not good. I thought she should have got atleast 85. For tomorrows episode, it's the most skilled team vs judge favs. Judge favourites are obviously gonna win even if the best vocalists, dancers and rappers are on the other team. Sad my Fuyoonz are seperated but hopefully Jungeun and Jiyoon have some clips with each other. Also feeling nervous for Fuko and Jungeun. The judges saying 'you aren't showing anything' is rubbish. Their skills are flawless and ready for debut, what else do you want? Do you want them to get flying powers and fly across the stage? The most likely eliminations are Sujung and Juwon. It could change up but everyone should be nervous for: Sujung, Juwon, Jungeun, Yuju, Fuko.

I swear the judges hate consistent performers lol but I honestly think that it will be juwon and Mai that will get eliminated because mai's recent fancam didn't get as amny views as sujung and episode 8 I think we saw that Mai was ranked 10th so I'm scared for her honestly (not to mention the judges haven't been paying as much attention to her either compared to part 1)

Fuko and Jungeun don't do the unnaturally exaggerated facial expression like lip biting and eye brow rising. For some reason, that's the only thing the judges care about. Look at what happened to Koko after she joined team face sport...

Best rapper - 80, two of the best dancers - 77, second best main vocalist (I say second because Jiyoon is a little more experienced and it shows while Jungeun's range is just a bit wider than Fuko's -- but I could be wrong) - 80, (arguably) best all rounder (because Fuko in particular is *arguably* the most versatile) - 82 smh

The highest rank picking first only really felt unfair for the money team. I don’t think Yuju could’ve done the dance well, If I were a boy parts don’t really matter that much and basically the same with 4 walls, but with the Money team, it felt like it was just set up for Jeemin to take center. It doesn’t help she’s almost always guaranteed to get first in a live vote and the fact she got a complete solo part.

jungeun is actually the 2nd best vocalist technically, jiyoon clears her in all categories if we talk about technqiue

It was catered for certain trainees the moment they announced the rules saying that the highest ranking trainees get to choose their parts

They easily could've had 4 groups of 3 and idk why they didn't other than to purposefully hide certain people. It would've been more interesting like this All-rounder: Gyuri, Sarang, Mai (Mai needs a situation where it's sink or swim to have any chance at the debut group at this point) Vocal: Jiyoon, Jungeun, Fuko (just imagine the 3 part harmony) Rap: Yuju, Koko, Juwon (at least give Juwon some screen time) Dance: Sujung, Saebi, Jeemin (Sujung just needed more parts)

I completely agree on the IIWAB part. It bothers me so much how people and the producers/judges put so much enfasis on emotion when realistcally in a girl group you wont need that skill or at least not that much. It's already been two performances where they put Jungeun and Jiyoon against each other in a scenario where Jiyoon has the advantage. I love them both and think their voices complement each other really well, it's so sad people seeing disregard Jungeun thinking Jiyoon already fits the main vocalist role.

I was happy that Sarang placed so high because she's my 1 pick But then I realised that the bias for her would only hurt her I would prefer her to place low and see improvement For me she has that X factor but she got reverse Jeemined, good in 1st part, worse in second. Being Sarang and Yui biased is hard

Fuko’s terrible outfit distracted me as well 😭 so underwhelming and what the hell was going on with that under part I hated it (but she was awesome)

What do u expect Sarang to do? Walk off the stage after she made a small mistake?

I wish they gave Gyuri a more Blackpink concept or non-cute concept so we can see how she would fit if she debuted in the group. I feel like she got bad editing. She was hardly shown and shoved in concepts that aren't relevant to the direction of the debut group. She has a great voice and harmonizes well with the others but we didn't get to highlight her voice or versatility. I think I heard the finale had her in a group singing Midas Touch which is cool but also...too late? Votings closed and producers probably already know what style they've been looking for and considered their top contenders for the group already

I am so frustrated with the 'Producers' especially Producer68 or whatever his name is...he seriously has it out for YUJU! We all know there was no need for a dance break for the RAP SECTION! Yuju isn't even in my top but this episode had my eyes rolling non-stop. I enjoyed the '4 Walls' performance, it was my favorite. Jiyoon is my one pick but I will always be a Fuko Propaganda Pusher. I chose my top 6 sonically (meaning) what sounds best! I know Jeemin will debut so please don't ask 'Where's Jeemin?' This is just for fun! My Top 6: 1. Jiyoon (She is my one pick but I side-eyed when they announced 'If I Was A Boy' as their performance song) 2. Jungeun (Her range is crazy, she needs to debut! I hope International votes have more weight but who knows...keep voting!!!) 3. Fuko (The comments from the producers had me livid! When has being consistent been bad? The side missions needs to stop) 4. Koko (Yuju out rapped Koko but her performance put her on top, BUT it was a Rap Battle, i'm just as confused as you) 5. Juwon (She will always have a place in my top 6, she shined even when they gave her the bare minimum. Mnet hates talent) 6. Gyuri (She really surprised me, her vocals are clear /well-developed and would do well in any concept)

Yeah the pacing of this show is really dumb tbh. I am understanding nothing of any choices being made of this show so far, ngl :( I feel that this week should've been the FINALE finale. It would've made more sense. Currently it's just kinda.. 'going on'.

I knew I wasn’t tripping when I saw the girls that were chosen for each unit!! For the rap performance they obviously made it a PERFORMANCE because they knew they were going to team up Yuju and Koko and so Koko would do better. And Yuju outfit… gosh I hated it because Koko immediately stood out because she got the better styling-however Koko did VERY well. I also agree with the all rounder performance. It was very average and there wasn’t anything new so I honestly didn’t care for it. Gyuri did very well and I can see her growth. It’s such a shame that Sarang had that little mistake but I’m glad she was able to compose herself and finish strong! The main vocal unit did amazing in my opinion. I think that even if the song fit Jiyoon better, Jungeun still gave a good performance. Out of the two I still don’t have a “favorite” but I think both of them in a group would be amazing because it doesn’t hurt to have 2 good vocalists. Now the money unit… this is the unit that pissed me off the most. I absolutely despised the whole center thing. Obviously the girl in the center is going to shine the most. Jeemin still did very well but-like you said-would she have shined if she wasn’t center?? And everything with Juwon just makes me so sad. She is a very good performer especially with songs with this style. Again, she was given such a low score that wasn’t deserved. And her outfit also upsets me. All of the girls got cute tops and her top was just not it.

I will share my thoughts, but first, i want to say that I am YG's formula enjoyer, so I might not be as objective as I want to be, and even though TBL is independent from yg their employees did start at yg, so yeah. I will group my thoughts into categories, so I'm not all over the place. Sorry, if something is not clear, English is not my first language. 1) Teddy: I don't think he is going to be their main producer, he is probably going to give them 1-3 title track and call it a day, I do think they might be working with VVN in the long term, since her works are featured heavily on the show and some contestants choices point to that; 2) Show focus: by now we all can see that the main focus is stage presence and doing a show. it's so noticeable if you look at trainees that do fine, but don't do anything extra (the producers saying "you were not bad" not being a compliment); 3) Rap: if VVN is really going to be their producer, they won't need a real rapper. at most their song will have a singing rap part, which Koko can do, and also why Yuju is being shelved; 4) Dance: when you look at the dance missions they have done till now, the hardest choreography is the ground's creative unit. my bet is that they want a one strong dancer and members who can follow a choreography; 5) Vocal: YG never focused on vocalists who compete on who can sing higher notes, they prefer people with unique vocal tones and those that can bring out emotions. Jiyoon fulfills that role. based on all that (who the producer likes, who fits the minimum and is a good performer) jeemin, jiyoon, and koko are about 95% in the debut lineup. I am also nearly sure that Saebi is debuting (about 80%). the other spots are between Fuko, Jungeun, and Sarang - I wouldn't be surprised if they did add the 7th member. tl;dr the producer already has his (/her) picks and part 2 of the show is just to convince us that they are the best picks.

To me, the final group NEEDS a little rigging ngl. Jiyoon needs to end up in the debut group because, as mentioned, she has a Rosè tone which (based on demos) they are going for with their debut group Jeemin is getting so much support from previous fan bases that, respectfully, I don't think she would get if not for RUNext. If she is in the debut group, Saebi has no spot. Their talents are the same and they both emulate the Yuna-Wonyoung effect (moreso Saebi) and it would be too saturated for both of them to debut. Based on fan votes and what I see of public opinion, its gonna end up being a bunch of vocalists with the same levels of range. We need a combination of Koko, Juwon, and Yuju so there are at least 2 "rappers" in the group. Koko also subbing in a rapper AND dancer. To me Fuko has a voice that compliments others and is better than Jungeuns imo, she should debut as leader and vocalist. Jungeun I was so sure they planned to debut but after evil editing, I'm not sure why they suddenly are sabotaging her fan votes by turning the opinions. Gyuri was also someone I wanted to debut (Fuko, Jiyoon, and Gyuri were a trio I wanted to debut together) but between her age and the concept they are pushing, she should wait and debut elsewhere My PERSONAL final 6 is: Jiyoon, Fuko, Saebi, Juwon, Koko, and Jungeun

@miagonzales7762 certain roles are interchangeable. Just like Jeemin and Saebi are interchangeable, Yuju and Juwon are as well. So Juwon would be replaced with Yuju

6:04 I understand why they had people choose their part by rank, though. Yeah it comes off as really biased, but like think of the rap unit where both Yuju and Koko wanted part 1 and there was literally nobody else to judge who did the part better, they would've never came to a decision especially since everyone is so determined to win. This would be a problem even in bigger groups like Money, since literally everybody wanted part 1. This is why I think they implemented the "choose part by rank" system, even though it is kinda unfair.

I agree! Also, when it comes to the contestants deciding the parts themselves, the decisions can also be very biased, there is no way to guarantee the trainees are not just going to choose based on popularity/closeness

Jiyoon is clearly better suited as a Soloist and OST singer than a girl group member. Like yes it's a stonier way to go and they don't get as much attention as groups (well, if the groups catches the publics eye) but seriously, if she makes the group, she will not use her real vocal abilities for the duration of the groups. Yuju and Koko ... hmm i would be ok with this if it just showed Koko rising to the occasion and to see how close she could come to Yuju in regards to rapping. But this was so clearly a performance/dance battle for Koko to shine with Yuju playing the eternal rap-support role of GGs...on Rap centered stage... For the Dance unit...regardless of who did the part, why there even WAS a big solo part in a group to showcase and judge JUST Dancers is baffling to me. Just as bonkers as last weeks 'La vien rose'...how you manage to condense a 12 member song to 4 and 1 of these 4 STILL doesn't get a decent part is beyond me...

Imo I think the pd's should've had switched saebi and koko's positions for the rap battle instead of koko vs. Yuju because I dont recognize koko as a rapper bc she's a main dancer. The reason why I say saebi should've been in the rap battle is because when she tried rapping in Love sick girls it was really good and new for her since she's always singing/serving dance but monika pushes for koko to do rap instead. I truly dont understand why mnet is pushing for koko to be a rapper I really don't see it.. the forced rivarly is annoying at times Edit: typo

I agree that the main position battle should be at part 1 where everyone still there, so all talents will be shown equally every week (they can become position no 1 alternately) and they can choose which one they are good at. And I disagree about trying Fuko to rap. It’s much better if they just focus on their strength
