I think the fact that all the dialogue is cringy and fake af makes them look way worse than they are. Like you could give famous actors this exact script, set, and costumes, and it would *barely* be any better honestly

Your kid's grades are perfectly fine, they're just not all as, and/or 2. Their grades suddenly dropped out of nowhere and you don't even bother to find out why.

also overacting is different depending on what youre acting in. In theatre acting, overacting is sometimes needed for the actions/emotions to reach the whole audience. But for filmed acting, you dont need to overact because the camera is up close
