My first day In Goma is not what you expected. The city is up for African cleanest city after all.

Needs a little bit of town planning and trenching of electrical cables otherwise very organised…also regulate motorbikes 🏍 and storm water drainages needs to be underground… how’s the government structure in DRC? Is there local government like municipalities?? This town can produce millions in revenue…

What is municipality? The current government is better the past governments but nothing close to good.

Yes, there are all necessary government stractures, but money is siffonned by corrupt national levels government politicians like the incompetent and corrupt president Kilombo and his friends in the government.

Thanks, my recommendation to you is find a tripod for your phone at least while you film and drive what i watched: You said you hungry, your driving and the phone keeps falling and you trying fix it several times: that is extremely dangerous.
