It was an enjoyable story: like the saying goes “never judge a book by its cover”; the reason is that you pick up a book, you look at the front cover, and you think, that the story in will be boring, but if you start to read the book you find an interesting and enjoyable story that you thoroughly enjoyed. The girl saw an ugly, old, ragged man in front of her, but she decided to give him the chance that he asked for, and was rewarded with a gorgeous young and wealthy prince as her husband.

It's not important where I am. The stories you tell are different.

I’m slightly confused because wouldn’t he have NOT told them who he was while in disguise? Also, probably tested her by befriending her while she walked in the village or something if she ever left the house. I liked the story but it kind of contradicted itself: prince disguised himself but revealed himself, she says she wants to get to know him but agreed to marry him once she saw what he looked like, and she said she loved him though they didn’t even speak from what it seems. She judged by appearance and he wanted her so bad he ousted his status just so they wouldn’t reject his offer. If the daughter had so much say so, could she not have tried to get to know other suitors as well even the humble ones? Again loved the story but just some food for thought. I may have misunderstood something
