I think it's a bouzouki. They're quite popular in Irish traditional music.

Are you sure? It looks like it could be Chuck, as it corresponds with his mannerisms

During the ten second mark you looks like she just wants to sink thru the floor, or have a breakdown or something... but you did good when the singing started. Did someone set you up for this?

I would love to know the story of how this happened.

Sid McLeod the revival tour is one of the most amazing experience to see especially different tours with different folks. Great way to see some artists you may not heard of. The RT completely changed my life. Read up a bit on Chuck Ragan. He's the one who puts it together. Haven't seen one since 2013. I am certain more will come.
