I just realized this is just the Motif original loop and sequencer program!!! Not a knock since for WHATEVER reason they decided to throw it away smh. CDUB it's GREAT that you capitalized on this. I got one last question, I just purchase the apc mini today, I already had ableton live light, I just never downloaded it. I want to know how were you able to do so many scenes with only eight midi tracks? I know you were playing live to, but can you explain because the light version only allows you to use 8 midi/vst tracks

I believe you will have to upgrade to Ableton Live Standard or Suite. You can upgrade for a discounted price since you already have Ableton Live Lite. So yea its gunna cost you but if you plan on using Ableton Live alot for your church, it's going to be worth it because your Track and Scene count is unlimited. So you will be able to have backing tracks, clicks, loops, and Triggerz for multiple songs in the same session file. And yea i k ow im mad late and you probably already figured all this out. Shoot you probably are already doing this, but I just figured I'd respond anyway. I like to help anyway I can.

Yea i wanna know too. It's used alot in gospel stuff and live arrangements. Sounds great when layered with the right piano sounds. I was able to get a similar sound out of my Yamaha Montage, if any of you Yamaha keyboard owners wanna know. Any Yamaha board with the XS sounds or newer can do it

Goto the patch "Dirty Hook" (On MONTAGE, it's in Syn Lead > Analog) It's a single part performance. Edit the part. Goto Effect > Routing Turn both effects off At that point, you're at a good starting point. From there you can just tweek it to your liking. For example, I turned the PORTAMENTO (Part Settings > Pitch > Portamento / Master Switch) and that delay effect off. And then you can also mess with the EQ and cuttoff to make it sound closer to what he has on his fantom. I use this sound layered with pianos like 80s Layer, Balled Key, or Full Concert Grand mostly for church or when I'm producing a very live sounding track such as those live arrangement covers from like strange arrange and stuff like that. Hope that helped.

Courtez Presberry it's pretty good the transpose. You just select all the tracks with control shift, then it has move up 1 or down a semi tone etc

Courtez Presberry no problem but if you go too extreme like 5 half steps it gets a little hairy and doesn't sound as authentic because the program messes up the instruments

Did u put smooth drawbars on that c2? If not you need to. I put then on mine and it was a game changer

A church that i help out has a c2 and drawbars are not smooth. The B flat drawbars on the lower manual, only the first five work. The B preset drawbars are fine. At least I can use the B flat preset for my soft music.

@@LittleRockElevators you might look inside the organ if the drawbar wires are disconnected. That might be why they don’t work. There are some videos on KZread you can watch to help you with that

@@samuelcunningham4860 I think Dr. Arthur Kemp and Jim Huss mentioned about the drawbars on the C2 (possible the B2. I believe too it's the wiring. Plus over the weekend I played for a funeral . The church has a A100 with a Leslie 142. The horns didn't spin at all but the drum did. I'm sure it's either a motor issue or the horns are not connected.
