I just did my first up and under in game and two things: 1. It was instinct and i didn’t think about it so the ball went smoothly right from one side to the other. 2. Its was fucking awsome after when i realized what i just did, as my teammates Also were hype since they knew I practiced this finish. Moral of the story, go work on it because eventually you’ll do it in game and it will feel amazing when it works.

At 1:42 ; that's the coldest reverse lay-up I have ever seen in my life. 😂 As always, nice breakdown of the technique coach. 👍
Coach can you explain more about spin and how to know when inside hand /outside hand?
Thanks coach Frikki. Your videos are helping improve my game. Keep doing more videos like this. We love it.

What a useful video Coach Frikki! I love reverse layups. I don't do much else in basketball besides doing reverse layups (and maybe underhanded free throws too) but reverse layups are my life.

I have two recommendations that you haven't done before 1. The pull-up jumper and how Kobe and mj were so successful with it 2. Shammgod, and when it is useful

Hi coach great video, could show us the process you do behind a video ? Keep it up 🔥
would you say its important to get good at both flicking inwards and outwards, I prefer flicking outwards more as its just easier, will having only 1 option limit my finishing skills?
Hey, Coach. Can you breakdown how to be more effective inside the court other than scoring?
Amazing
Great video as always. Can you make tutorial how to make fadeway like Jordan or Kobe?

Only threes and layups on this channel. Not a fan of the fade away and midrange shots in general.
for some reason, lay ups are the hardest thing in basketball for me right now.
