I'm not gonna lie, I love kitbashing but, the ship is ugly as hell. Like you stated, this thing has poor manuverability and wide profile from above. I know it's a troop transport, but honestly the rebellion was using superior craft decades before, and a lot of them were from the clone wars. Now I get that the resistance was strapped for resources and credits, but my expirience with "uglies", most of them are flying death traps with the exception of the Twi'lek tie, the Z-ceptor, and the death raven. This transport has the poor manuverability probably due to the tandem engines and slapped together design being a glaring weakness.

Really all you needed to do was flip the ship sideways, placing the cockpit at the front and the engine block at the rear, and the have the long troop hold in the middle, that way it would be a lot more maneuverable and a way smaller target from the front or the rear.

@@captain_vaughn Yeah that would have been the smart thing to do, but Disney literally put a bunch of hacks in charge of somthing that could've been epic, and turned it into one of the biggest dissapointments ever.🤷🏻‍♂️

@@captain_vaughn They have, and the likes of Disney/Marvel/Lucasfilm have stolen their designs and used them without acknowledging or compensating the passionate creators.

They have a resistance to good decisions as of late.

PEZ class transport. Should have take out the middle and made a heavy fighter.

It’s refreshing to see some sequel content. No one talks about it and I for one think this is a cool ship.

I have left better looking things in the bowl and then there's the fixed gun literal meters off axis, it's never going to hit anything unless it wanders in front of the weapons. Have your weapons along the centre line or have them on gimbals, it baffles me that they keep designing ships so poorly.

I definitely have mixed feelings here. I love odd, cobbled together things, and this "Resistance Transport" seems to work a lot better than most cobbled together ships in Star Wars. I still can't help but think that the Resistance would have been better served if their techs had been able to rebuild and modify a few old YT freighters. I've heard of this one modified YT-1300 that was involved in the destruction of two Death Stars.

It looks like a flighing seat set. So I sapose fast deployment of armored troop, say two squads of stormtroopers. Heavy-duty suppression fier. Purpose built. Or customized to fill a specific role. That role is obviously a new hasbrow toy. Of a new cheep prop. To be a stop gape molenium falcon. To be honest I think troopers should drop down through floor, or reple of right& left side like a huey gun ship. Copit should face forward. The guns also front, and on the sides. To strafe. Before armored storm troop, or space troopers deploy. And extra ion thruster in rear. Say 3500 mph in atmosphere, or space. Rear cocpit with gunners to gard rear of ship. This is a molenium falcon rebot.

Yeah, it looks like someone was smoking too much wacky grass and decided to make a breadbox with engines, fins and a cockpit. Troop transports that offload in the front are garbage, it sucked at Normandy, and it sucks in the galaxy far far away.

@@marcosrios1246 It really goes to show just how much the Resistance sucks, they can't even get halfway decent troop transports. That being said this is the group that used the god awful MG-100 Star Fortress so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. xD

I'm surprise of the stats based on the fact was build from parts from other ships or repair parts. Congrats to the Rebel engineering team.

This ship is a complete failure, just like the pretended sequel shitted up by Disney
