I think a single apostrophe after regrettes in the title is the one step needed to make this title not clickbait.

I don't go to places where radio is played a lot anymore so I don't have to worry if the track became a hit that's gonna drill into my ear and actually break out of the other. A lot of gorillaz music I overplayed tho. I still love them but it just gets to the point where I wish I could listen to them for the first time again and get the eargasms I once got from them. I've been waiting for the day I would get those eargasms back but I think I eargasmed the entirety of my wax. They need to drop more good music that's just as memorable as their old material. Humanz was a disappointment for me since I didn't find myself really coming back to that record as much as everything else.

But it should really be "The Regrettes' Ruined Music"?? This video is referring to the songs that have been ruined for members of the band. So, it is the band members' ruined music, meaning the "ruined music" is possessive of The Regrettes. But because their name already ends in S, the apostrophe is placed after the S, with no extra S-"The Regrettes' ruined music".
