That book is a masterpiece! David Gehlke also has a book called Damn The Machine which is about the guy that ran and managed all the bands that were on Noise records. And it talks about almost all the bands on Noise. Amazing book! The Heavy Metallurgy channel did an interview with Scott this past year about that book as well. Great video man!

Yeah Relapse using the paper sleeves is such a headwrecker as all their represses are great.
