The reason I have not been uploading

I've been having computer issues lately involving my hp 15 note book pc. I got this 3FO error and haven't had any luck so far.
I tried tutorial videos on how to fix this error so far....nothing.
I also got this wierd boot x drive that I can't seem to change to c drive. So if any one can help out... plz do.
