why not make podcasts about your current situation? people like seeing struggle because it's relatable. you don't have to fake that everything is ok when it's not. plys, once you over come this rough period, the process of your growth would have been documented. a video titled "how i lost everything" will get tons of views which would mean money right?

I’ve left comments before but never got replies, but still want to try since I relate to you so much & want you to know you’re very much not alone. Agree 100% that self-love isn’t one & done, I used to think that, too. We have to practice it, and work at it. Just as we would choose each day to love & support a partner in a romantic connection, also not a given & requires commitment. Most don’t realize this. As a fellow long-time job seeker, been without full time work all of 2024, most of 2023 too. 😔 I’m also like you (only 10 years older, so it can be even more shame-inducing). Also got diagnosed formally with inattentive ADHD last year. You mentioned last video your therapist said you “might” have AuDHD…please get the full examination. I don’t think it’s okay that she made that comment without the test being done first. This may be part of why you feel this loss of self-trust. Getting a proper diagnosis to know exactly what it is will help you find understanding of yourself in some new ways. ❤ Relocated across the country solo, like you, and running out of unemployment pay and struggling to pay for my apartment. Parents are helping where they can, but we’re immigrants & have always been firmly middle class. I’m part of a job search community & there are women in their 50s and 60s struggling just like us. This horrible hiring market does not discriminate, and layoffs are continuing. Me and many around me in this situation are pivoting paths, trying new directions that aren’t in line with prior experience, plus entrepreneurial things. None of it is easy, but trying something new feels much more hopeful, and therefore empowering.
