The Reality of Living in Mexico's Roughest Hood 🇲🇽 (Tepito)
I spent the day with locals in what many call the most dangerous neighbourhood in Mexico City. Tepito is heavily stigmatized and is labeled as a no go zone, but on the surface, it is not what you think. During my day in Tepito, all these misconceptions about the neighbourhood were cleared up and I saw the neighbourhood for what it actually is!

The term Gringo comes when the US army invaded Mexico at the beginning of the XX century, the Mexicans used the term to refer to green uniforms of the US Army; the Mexicans in their limited english wanted the Americans Army to leave ergo the expression “green go” 25:11
