These things sometimes happen, so don't worry or dwell on it... We'll watch your vlogs over and over again, with or without music... But, I understand that for you it's important to get your vlogs just right before uploading them to KZread... 😊🐎🐴

Your horse reality video is much more interesting than any horse reality video that I could make. Mine would look like an entry in a contest to make the most tedious content possible.

@@LifeontheLeftRein They're not horsey vlogs, most of them are shopping hauls, designed bags and the like. One woman seems to have deleted her entire channel... There was another woman who used to post random stuff twice a week, haven't seen anything from her for months. There's a lovely woman called Kathy who does hour long hauls from Dollar stores, she's great company! There's a girl called Jazz who's English and does hauls from Wish and the like, and tries out life hacks from TikTok and other sites. She's hilarious, but sadly doesn't post so often these days

Enjoyed your chatty vlog. I am dealing with snow today, so your winter chores don’t look too bad :). The worst part of owning horses in Canada is dealing with frozen water! Also having to shovel a path to the manure heap, in order to clean out the barn. But the good part is that all the mud is frozen and the horses are lovely and clean from rolling in the snow (well except when they lay in poo.)

My horse always pulls his shoes off and I only ever find the shoe after a replacement one has been put on, joys of owning horses. Love your blogs always real and how you are feeling, you and the squad have inspired me to ride more can’t wait for spring 😘

I loved this vlog. It's good to show the realities especially if you have viewers that are thinking of buying a first time horse. Im currently watching this and the snow outside, in Cheshire it's -7, it snowed all day yesterday and we had about 3-4" the Husky is loving it ❄💜❄

I use a big muck bucket to fill my hay nets it makes it so much easier and it's easy to be consistent with how much you fill it.

Hehe, but actually, Tina, my horse doesn't lose shoes anymore! We pull them during the rainy season and wear hoof boots to hack out on hard surfaces during that time of the year. I live in the Northwestern US, and our winters are a lot like yours there in England--grey, rainy, and generally not cold enough to snow, but definitely wet and chilly enough to make our joints ache. I only put shoes on over the drier months, and we turn out all year round. He used to have shoes on 24/7, but all of a sudden he decided to start pulling his right front (only his right front), every trim cycle, about a week before the farrier would come. We think he spooked, overreached, and pulled that shoe out in a freak incident the first time, and then for some reason, he just couldn't keep it on for a full cycle after that happened--no matter what we did, he kept throwing that right front shoe. We haven't had any issues since then once we started pulling shoes over the winter. I also always turn out shod horses in pull-on bell boots now. My farrier told me that sometimes when horses all of a sudden start losing shoes like that, it can be a sign that their hooves just need a break from the shoes and nails for a while to strengthen back up and return to holding shoes properly. Just a tidbit I thought I would share--maybe you'll find my story helpful! It was definitely tough figuring out how to manage a barefoot performance horse at first, but I'm glad I did. It really helped with the headache of having to search the fields for a lost shoe in the middle of winter, and it's ended up saving me a TON in farrier bills. I know you may not have that option with Banksy, since he's an eventer, but I also just felt like sharing the story. :) Maybe it'll help someone else here in the comments!

Reality of owning horses is phoning the vet after hours and knowing they will sting you for the travel and the after hours call out but when one of my boy's is injured their injured and after all its only money, gives life purpose when you have to work to pay for them so far this year the vets bill is 1400 dollars and you know I wouldn't have it any other way, thanks Tina for a dose of your reality, as they say horses are the greatest way to stay grounded because they don't care who you are.

Oh Tina what on earth happened, I thought that you were bringing Banksy in, he is now prancing around like a wild horse, I think that Dinksy instigated the whole running off thing. What a monkey he is bless him. I do hope that you catch Banksy before the farrier arrives your ponies are hilarious. I think that they are very cute. Jane 👍😎🧑🏻‍🦰

Tina a tip for finding shoes in a big field is to go out when it’s dark with a torch and then if u shine it around the place ull see the sparkle of the shoe (that’s probably a terrible way of explaining it sorry )

I don’t like putting horses on the walker because in front of it sometimes gets covered in ice so the horses slip and slide and when it isn’t that cold (like below freezing) we take off their BIG winter rugs and change them for walker rugs and it takes soooooo long 😂

He is healing pretty well thankfully but I haven't dared ride him til its seals over more. Dinks is still bit of a big baby but mum putting it in the field by day to help him get used to it out there too xx

Metal detector T cheap second hand x.

I was going to ask if you were a member of the Face Book group Shiteventers. If not check the group out it is all the nicest most funniest horse women many from the UK and they just do not take themselves so seriously. They do take their horses seriously though. Also shoes are usually lost in the muddy bits lol Which make them hard to find till someone steps on them

Poo picking the field. Is a hate hob in winter . Rain wind or sun.. its gotta be done
