The Real Message of Christmas (With Greg Laurie)
Why did Jesus come down from heaven to earth? Why did the all-powerful God of Heaven and Earth give up Godhood and come down to us? Jesus was born in a stable to save us from sin and everything changes when you invite Jesus into your home! It can be easy to get lost in the bustle of Christmas, buying gifts, making cookies and seeing family, but, we must always remember the reason for the season.

i've been a Christian for almost 14 years now :-)
when it comes to eternity, it basically comes down to one of two things happening to each person: either they bend the knee on earth and say " Thy will be done " or God turns to that person later on and says, one final time, " thy will be done " and at that point, it will be too late. it is wisest to repent now while it's still early enough

Uzzail Henriquez Read Luke chapter 2, describing the birth of Jesus into our world. That is why Jesus is the reason we Christians celebrate Christmas because He was born in order to die on the cross for the sins of the world, giving His sinless, perfect life in place of ours.

No the bible says that Jesus came to save us and that thought him we were going to be saved . No the Christmas is a false because in Jeremiah 10:1-5 thats why Christmas is false

i have an 8ft tall Christmas tree :-)
It amazed me the number of people in the congregation who were not bowing their heads while Pastor Laurie prayed...mostly young people. No reverence for God

Maybe because they are blinded physically just like they are spiritually. Celebrating Christmas is wrong.

Teresa Jensen. I can top your "heads not bowed" comment. At my Church we kneel for most of the prayers.
Christmas has nothing to do with the birth of Lord Jesus Christ, it’s a pagan holiday. Tho it is a great chance to spread the word of Christ. Amen.

We are celebrating His birth in that xmas season like that way coz if He wasn't born here on earth to redeem us believers who would have .no one was worth but Him alone.
