His first taste of defeat came sooner than expected at the hands of David Haye against Audley Harrison, now many boxing promotors would probably have given up, But Eddie Hearn pushed through, taking Matchroom from moguls of the snooker/darts industry, to also taking over the world of boxing promotion, but not without upsetting many boxing promotors at the same time! Eddie Hearn found Anthony Joshua after his Olympic boxing glory, and saw the potential, then the rest is history. watch as his path crosses with Tyson Fury, Deontay Wilder, klitschko and many more. An informative and interesting tribute to the Great Man. Society, everyone, needs to accept and acknowledge how lucky we are people like Eddie exist. Born with nothing, achieve so much, provide opportunities for so many, all with no benefit to themselves. Very astute, clever, extremely amusing documentary.

He's a love or hate character. He was born with a silver spoon due to his old man but he was arguably the face of British boxing for almost a decade. He is a salesman and this is why some love him and others hate him.

I'm from Pittsburgh in the US. And tbh a lot of us over here like Eddie. And think he is a far better promoter then Bob and Al Haymon. (Even though Al say he is a manager. But we know what he really is). Eddie will make the fights happen that we want to see if he had the fighters... So yeah Eddie is the best promoter in my opinion
