---- yep: would be interesting to know what the criteria was for the whole event - they had guys in jeans and a jacket: old guys Sunday strolling with a sidecar; entire families in the cars ( probably had the dog - might have let him take a lap ) - I guess it was fun for folks to get to ride on a race course - had to be frustrating for the few who knew how to ride - also noted there were NO flaggers evident --- sorta expected to see a ChickenWing pulling a trailer

@@ajax478 --- that's exactly how it looks and I find it disturbing and weird - even on non-race track days we had to have full leathers and full face helmets ( approved ) - the bikes had to be basic track ready ( no mirrors, no side/center stands, all glass / plastic taped or removed, all nuts / bolts safety wired or Jesus clipped ) and had to go through full safety inspections each day - every rider had to have a basic rider / track course certification ( they would have a 3 hour class in the morning of the first day ) - all first timers had to ride with a giant yellow "X" on the back of their leathers - there were full safety and flag crews out anytime bikes were on the track

@@jamsstar2010 not an expert, but I'd say he is trail braking, not block rear wheel on downshift... Have the same model CBR, not really an issue, although slipper is on my wishlist 😁

Legend! The black and silver CBR is definitely the best! I am pretty sure my bike has a slipper clutch I just am using the rear brake for fun

As a non-motorbike fan but passionate simracer I'm always impressed how much grip these (super-)bikes have while leaning into a turn with just a few percent of tire treat in contact to the road - normally you think "that actually can't work !"...much Respect ! 😎

the side of the tire is made of a softer compund to aid with this, central portion is usually harder for street tires to get milage :)

*Sight*, dream of mine. Props to the Street Triple and Speed Triple RR dudes that were flying. Lots of sketchy riding for sure, a few riders that need to use the mirrors. Some people need to realize that while bikes are fast, cars can corner much faster.

What is clear is that drivers do not respect bikers, specially in the curves. And that is pitiful.

I've been to the Nurnburgring last year and personally saw this triumph guy with my own eyes. Watched from several corners, and that guy is god tier.

That might be true. Trackdays on normal tracks are a much safer way to increase your skill level and learn your bikes limits. Try that first then come to the Nürburgring, because it is amazing!

Those Triumph riders are on nuts, amazing skills.

Went round this on my fjr1300 touring bike in 2005 without the effort these boys were giving. The bends are bad enough but the undulations and crests at their speeds is incredible. Not all riders on here are up to what they are doing imo. Fab footage tvm

Danke, ich fühle mich geehrt :) ...fahre da regelmäßig mit meinen Maschinen. Und ja, das ist eigentlich total verrückt (zumindest wenn man halbwegs anständiges Tempo fährt). Aber auch unbeschreiblicher Kick! Jedes mal am Ende der Runde, wenn es auf die Döttinger Höhe geht, brülle ich vor Adrenalin in den Helm.

Finde die Nordschleife zehn mal entspannter, als die Landstraße trotz höherer Tempi. Selbst wenn man da stürzt hat man immer noch 10 mal mehr schutz als bei 80 auf der Landstraße. Ich verstehe nicht, warum die Nordschleife so gefährlich sein soll. Solange man nicht letzte Rille fährt und in den Spiegel schaut fährt man mit ner 1000er dort enspannt ~ 8min und kommt heile nach Hause. Klar in den Videos sieht man immer wieder mal knappe Situationen, aber das ist in der Realität nur sehr selten der Fall. Die allermeisten fahren dort rücksichtsvoll, man sieht natürlich in KZread-Videos nicht die 99% die aufeinander aufpassen, sondern nur die Gestörten und die Unfälle.

@@shavy9655 Naja, komm....An der Kuppe am Schwedenkreuz blind mit amtlichen Speed in die Schräglage schmeißen, die 230+, die unten an der Fuchsröhre anstehen wenns dich in die Kompression presst (ultra geiles Gefühl btw.) oder den großen Sprunghügel runterballern mit den darauf folgend blinden high speed Wechselkurven usw. sind schon bisschen "crazy" wenn man mal drüber nachdenkt (außerhalb der Heizerblase...ich ertappe mich da auch jedes mal). Man sollte immer den Respekt vor der Nordschleife bewahren - sonst wird es gefährlich! Und vor allen Dingen sollte man Streckenkenntnis haben, bevor man da versucht schnell zu fahren. Klassiker: Am Adenauer Forst geradeaus ins Grüne.

Dieses Jahr wirklich ein paar schöne Szenen von tollen Fahrern festgehalten und ich bin wieder nicht drauf. Naja nächstes Jahr vielleicht. Irgendwann sehen wir uns bestimmt.

Dann bleibt Aprilia. Da kann man stresskilometer auslesen. Das sagt mehr als renne ja/nein (kommt auch drauf an wie man dort fährt). Nürburgring Nordschleife ist keine Rennstrecke sondern eine öffentliche mautpflichtige Straße. Deshalb steht in den Versicherungen auch dieser extra drin.

6:36 we can't see anything inside the dust. Very dangerous situation on that part of the track. We was so lucky that we was able to reduces our speed just in time and there was no others staying inside the dust. 😅

Nürburgring with a car makes a lot of fun. Nordschleife with a motorcycle is awesome. I drive a lot touristenfahrten with my car but with my bike it was on another Level

Yep, 100% agree, that was a proper "Oh SH+#" - moment... Usually as a biker you wanna ride on a track so you don´t have to deal with all the dangers on public roads, but that absolutely can´t be applied here.

Had the same thing happen to me a couple months ago on a local road. Was running a quick pace, passed an M3 and that apparently upset the chud driving it because he came flying past me a few corners later and immediately spun on the crest I was slowing down for right in front of me.

How can that be cured if it is a suspension setup problem? I was using the rear brake to try and slide the rear but was either to much or not enough rear brake so the bike was bouncing.

@@77_bridge Suspensions require maintenance from time to time. It is an old model and probably has not changed the fluid or the internal shocks. Both front and rear or just need adjustments to your weight and driving style.

@@JJMakx I had the suspension setup for my weight but it could probably do with new oil. Maybe just my riding technique needs to improve, but the more you fuck about, the more you find out😂 Thanks for the advice👍
