The Real Griselda: Part Eight

Фильм және анимация

Michael Corleone Blanco, youngest son of Cocaine Godmother Griselda Blanco, and his cousin, Junior Blanco, tell director Billy Corben about growing up visiting Griselda in prisons, how a phone sex scandal involving hitman Jorge “Rivi” Ayala and secretaries at the prosecutor’s office saved Griselda from Florida’s electric chair, and what happened on the day she was murdered in Medellín, Colombia.
In ‘The Real Griselda,’ Michael Corleone Blanco and Cocaine Cowboys director Billy Corben react to the new Netflix series starring Sofía Vergara and tell the real stories behind the myths.

Micheal Corleone Blanco said Charles Cosby was an opportunist but in my opinion he worked for his opportunity. Going out of your way to write a plug in prison...he deserved a shot. The odds of getting a plug by writing them is low and he won the lottery by putting in the effort. In my opinion, he deserved the opportunity more than Micheal because you can't help who your parents are. With Micheal it's nepotism.

Let's be real. At that level, none of them are playing fair. I can only imagine how many people Griselda burned out of greed or Paranoia

He’s a good person who is raising his kids, has morals, writing & sharing his story. He loves his mom. So maybe there is a happy ending even though it’s a tragic story. ❤❤❤❤

I love cocaine cowboys. It shows the human experience. What people are willing to go through to survive and provide. Then, the redemption arc where you realize none of that is important.
