As an American I have never met a French person long enough to discuss recipes, not have I seen a single French restaurant. I would love to try more, but I have only tried french onion soup (which I am making today) and cream puffs. French onion soup has a special place in my heart and the home made cream puffs were very nice too.

My favorite restaurant in Paris. Can’t wait until November. I’ll celebrate my 65th birthday there.
