it’s also possible that Mimic *woke up* the Blob when it tried to leave the FNAF 6 basement we see in the Burntrap ending the Blob only attacks if provoked or disturbed, like when Gregory goes near it without Freddy, or when we start using the burners directly underneath it - Mimic climbing out of the basement would definitely set it off

Mimic tippy towing through the pizza Plex in the blob then up and destroys the entire building is a funny idea to me

Which one is the true/canon ending? (Update: so I like it when Princess Quest and Afton/Burntrap is mixed together into true/canon ending but Kelly body and skull is crushed by mimic and how Burntrap has skull but it was Afton remnants and it was grown his flesh, skull with teeth inside mimic Endoskeleton, but I think Afton soul and mimic virus is fused into one inside mimic Endoskeleton. I think Afton is still out there with blob and Original Five Missing Children soul is still there!)

0:55 Do note that this bit is an illusion inside the mask. 2:10 Assuming Burntrap _is_ the Mimic, which I doubt because their endos are nothing alike, and Burntrap mostly resembles Springtrap's endo with Glamrock legs. The _only_ similarity is the left hand. Heck, Mimic has asymmetrical hands, while Burntrap has two five-fingered ones with claws on both. Even in the books, the Mimic seems to maintain its general squarish, patched-together aesthetic. Why make Burntrap look almost exactly like Springtrap if it's another character entirely? 10:23 MXES seems to have been down there much longer than the Pizzaplex has been ruined, as it is very clearly aged and connected to a _very_ old computer. Gregory is definitely involved in trapping the Mimic in that particular room, but it seems to have been hidden down there in general for a lot longer.

1) While yes it is an illusion. Cassie wouldn't know Vanessa. So there is still some truth in that ending 2) Mimic was trying to look like Springtrap. That's why Burntrap looks similar to Springtrap. That's what Mimic does. When it wants to mimic something, it usually tries its best to look like what it's mimicking. Like in RUIN, were he mixed together multiple suits to look like Gregory. But of course, it barley looked like him because of the limited resources it had. But because Vanny and Glamrock Freddy cleared the path to reach Mimic. Vanny would've helped Mimic look like Springtrap. 3) All of the computers in SB look old. The computer that we use to upgrade Freddy looks old. They are all similar assets.

​@@sambar2772MY RESPONSE FOR YOUR 2ND AND 3RD ANSWERS: SHE MAY HAVE USED ONE OF FAZBEAR ENT.'S MIMIC02 LINE'S ENDOS OR THE ACTUAL SPRINGLOCK ENDO WHICH HAS THE PROGRAM INSTALLED FOR THE 3RD: THE SURVIVOR AFTER THE EPILOGUES TOLD THE CONSTRUCTION CREW WHAT HAPPEND TO HER AND HER FRIENDS, SO I THINK WHAT HAPPENED AFTERWARDS IS THAT THEY RETRIEVE WHAT'S LEFT OF HER FRIENDS AND SEAL THE MIMIC IN DEEPER LEVELS OF HENRY'S LAST LOCATION AND LASTLY DURING THE TIME OF THE PIZZAPLEX SOMEONE WENT THERE TO CREATE THE MXES PROGRAM TO KEPT AN EYE ON SOMEONE WHO TRIES TO FREE THE MIMIC

Personally, I think it's the same mask. While yes they do look very different. I think it's just an inconsistency steel wool decided to run with. Additionally when Cassie sees the camera footage of Gregory running away from Vanny, she says that she is wearing "her" mask.
