Lol its never used bc it isnt good...i thought about playing w/ them last dlc but the people who tested and tried it said it was booty...but maybe w/ them increasing dmg modifiers if you build around 1 elemnt it may do well...idk why he said magic dmg isnt good bc the only 400+ videos ive seen has been people playing Sage

for builds i'd like to see: an updated summoner build for this dlc to see if much, if anything has changed since a monthish ago then i think i'd like dark knight and cyclic warrior builds as (for now) they're the only other jobs that i'm interested in. Also i just want to say i really appreciate the "how to play" section

For all those who got their desired level X ability on a Head, torso or Leg piece and don't want to farm to get it on the other pieces. Duplicate for example the Head piece, fuse it onto a Torso Gear which has also the headpiece slot covered. Duplicate again and fuse it onto a piece that covers Torso and Legs. Now just fuse it to the stuff you actually use. Sadly doesn't work with hands and feet equipment.

Thanks for this. This actually gave me a lot of power boost fast. Didn’t think of this either but I’m now at a point I can do 140+ on dragon trials.

@@NietfockemetPokemon Completing the 2nd or 3rd quest of DLC3 unlocks a new smithing option that allows replicating gear items.

I would not be surprised if some of these movesets were a blue-print for Vincent Valentine in Rebirth. And I mean come on... how many FF7 Dirge fans didn't think that 'Chaos wielding a gun and has demon wings' didn't scream Vincent/Chaos?

I love how easy they make farming for this dlc. It's still makes me sad that this is the last dlc

is the DLC content available from the very start of the base game ??? i just finished wolong and this looks really good ... but i dont know if i want to pay the for dlcs now if the content unlocks just after the main game . can u pls answer this question for me ?

Some aspects of dlc are in place if you were to start a new game now, but that’s mostly patches/nerfs/buffs. If you want to be able to do stuff like in the vid, expect to put a lot of time in - and you’ll need the dlc.

@@marekbabik2791 some yeah, you get the dlc patches, buffs and nerfs right away, dlc weapons will be added to drop pool right away and can be obtained right away but may need to farm for them if unlucky only exception is the dlc missions, story and bosses can only be accessed after beating the base game

Gun wizard is a very rad combo

Vincent knows choas too well and it's only natural him and Jack get along

A good tip for those looking to farm up gear to fuse the affinity you are looking for on your gear. Find a level with a lot of monsters near a save point on any difficulty, merc them use the cube and repeat until your inventory is full. You should wind up with just about every affinity possible on all your gear minus weapons and shields.

Stages have loot tables. If you grind only one easy stage near some save point you won't be getting armor that you want.

Do you still get all your gear from the rift? or is Lufenian difficulty the endgame grind now? it's so hard for me to find where is best to go for this stuff as i'm only just getting through all the dlc

@@gregestrada7565Quick sum up went all physical and I’m manhandling bosses on floor 531. Gear effects Summon dmg GS combo dmg Str During Lightbringer dmg dealt Near death dmg dealt Only one piece has Gs combo mp cost and I went full Odin blessing in gear for added str Affinities 800% in both cyclic & Rune Knight 700% breaker 400% Dark Knight 160% Arcanist Went full Purple affinity Abilities Mighty strikes, Lunatic, Summon Tachi Lionheart has near death dmg dealt, lightbringer dmg dealt, Leviathan blessing and Bahamut blessing. Max out these master points Str Near death dmg dealt Lightbringer dmg dealt Increase Mp limit recovery 9 points in soul shield mp recovery 42 points in Ability dmg dealt If you’re lvl 300 it’ll all check out. You’re able to hit 999,999s and spam lightbringer, it actually builds up your max mp along with filling out the mp bar. Everytime you do, it’ll build breaker & bahamut stacks for more str with other stats. Edit: kept forgetting details.

Wait so affinity from other jobs applies even if you aren't using that job?????

Would you mind going into specific details as to what is getting your INT so high? At the moment I'm sitting at only about 600~ ish INT and hitting that 1.2k feels impossible. Got INT on all my gear, working on getting the affinities as high but they are not far off. I don't have the accessories with blessing. I'm still trying to understand the game and its build mechanics.

The new gear from the hardest difficulty can drop pieces with around 750% summoning blessing, which will give you lots of int depending on the blessing on it, usually Ramuh has the highest intelligence. Also now with this new dlc you get bonuses for having more than 800% affinity for a job, you get stat boosts past that and they add up to a lot! Notice how his sage is past 3000% affinity? There was no reason to go past 800% before. With jobs being able to be limit broken up to level 300 now, you can put a lot of master points into main stats such as intelligence and get a good 100 or 200 points from there alone. Then you gotta put intellect chaos effects in your gear, with this new dlc we can now get X level chaos effects.

Was anything hotfixed that would affect this build? I think i have copied everything on the ninja but when i chain cancel, my mana is increasing but as empty mana. Its not full available mana like yours is.

The gambler job will fill-up the mp bar when you chain cancel.

Has anyone gotten confirmation as too what level do Gilgamesh accessories drop with summon blessings attached to them? Is it at level 100 or at a deeper depth? I’m almost at level 100 and want to confirm when I can start farming these and the 250-300 job level limit breaks. I’ve been able to beat Tiamat with dragon trials cranked up to XI thanks to a level X damage to Tiamat accessory trait, but haven’t seen any summon blessings fall out of the accessories I get beating her at that level so it seems like they only drop in Gilgamesh trials.

Most of his builds are: 1. outdated due to patches changing behavior (this build for example, choasbringer doesnt allow you to gain max mp at all anymore while active) 2: missing key information in actually making whats displayed work. Best to just use them as a guide to get a better understanding of how the system works then do your own thing.

Its a labrynth build and he shows how when going over the monsters, which also explains the extra affinities. Gambler is whats regenerating mana on chain cancel

Someone explained it in a similar question I had. With higher job caps you can put your mastery points into affinity. On top of that get the affinity on all your gear as well. Also not all drops are equal, some have way better affinity% than others. I usually make that my main gear piece and transfer over all the effects.

Start farming outside the labyrinth with dragon trails set high. Once you have good enough artifacts and summon blessed gear Gon into the labyrinth

Thing is past 800% every 100% is about a 10% buff, given you can reach 3k for 1 job thats over 200% increase, from stats and stat increases scales way better than % increases.

man I played this game on launch and it looks like its gotten SOOOOO MUCH more complicated. Id really like to get back into it but shit.

Spoilers: I know this is a late reply, but someone else might want to know. 1. You have to buy the DLC. 2. Complete all of the story for lufenia difficulty. I think it happens after the level where you become the warrior of light and fight garland.

if only PC had good ducking performance id be able to do that without it crashing

Rift labyrinth monsters provide bonus affinities for certain jobs.

I have a question, I’m stuck at floor 130 right now because the null labyrinth has a dragon trial effect of enemy attacks remove debuffs which is nerfing my summoner build. How did you get past it?

@@gmrjayz I tried with dimension bringer but it doesn’t trigger invincibility so eventually I just get one shotted. Ninja has some potential but I’d have to get lucky some of the more combo happy bosses would burn through those three hits real fast. Blocking is not an option here either since the dragon trial to drain the break gage at 60% is also active, the whole point seems to use a build that specializes in not taking hits. By the way, how do you use exaflares back to back. I’m still trying to figure out the combo for ultimate blade and exaflares

So I finally cleared it by using your latest bahamut build (thanks by the way) and SPAMMED THE H*LL out of dimension bringer. It was still tough as the first time I got to boss fight 5 they sent in Warrior of light who proceeded to not even care about Dimension bringer and massacred me. I exited and re-entered and next boss #5 was Jack Garland. Another reshuffle later I finally beat Gilgamesh who came in as boss #5. Bosses 1-4 were usually jobbers, it’s the fifth one on that level where they sent in the ringer. I keep doing Gilgamesh trials hoping for summoning relics as I got some fun builds I want to try but so far the only one I got is Titan who’s aces for a defensive build but I prefer offense.

@Gamer JayZ I don't understand. How did you manage to get so many affinity ? I only see items that have two affinity (for 3054% and 1519%). Where do affinity come from if there are no items with them ? Bit late but monster affinities. When you have the monster in the lobby they give boosts, which can be to affinity.

JayZ you need to speak slower and pronounce your words. It's extremely frustrating re-winding this thing 20 times just to try and figure out what mock-lynn affinity is 7:13
