Listening to this episode again and hearing the confidence we all had about lady trump not running for president and now surviving lady trump ACTUALLY being president. Uhggg

When speaking on this transracial issue, I don't think people consider those who were raised by people of a different race. For example, if a white infant was adopted and raised by a black family, then as Crissle stated, their parents' racial identity will be passed onto that child. That white child will be immersed in that culture, and will have direct access to the traditions, history and everyday experiences of that other race. So, why can't that child identify with that culture or race? Unfortunately, Rachel Dolezal messed it up for people that fall into that particular category. That woman is a joke, so people can't take the transracial identity seriously. But, I think that it's something that can't be discounted just yet. I'm pretty sure that this will become as valid of an identity as the transgender identity. People have come around to respecting those who consider themselves transgender. In time, the same will happen with every other identity, regardless of how far-fetched they seem today.
