These people are very healthy if they go through that road on daily basis. This is unpaid gym.

I find it hard to believe that this politician[Wavinya] could not provide the mattress before JD came from miles away to rescue this family. My Fred, sio hii government tu, coz unataka kusema hii 2yrs ndio hao watu wamepatwa na Shinda?? If you look most parts of ukambani it's poor all years of those past governments. Soo Cha muhimu ni kutegemea Mungu na wananchi wajijenge wenyewe... I myself tulichapwa Molo na zile crisis Za 2007-2008. Most IDPs walindangaywa na Uhuru watapewa mashamba wakapewa mabati wajenge tucubes mahali pamoja.. For us tulirent but tukaona kutegemea gova ni upusi. Saa hii nimenunua shamba in 2 places, Nakuru na Muranga na nimejenga 3 bedroom sitting na kitchen huko Nakuru. Watoto wangu wanasoma wengine wamemaliza.. But funny thing is bando wale watu wako kwa IDP they can't move on waiting for government and soon watafukuzwa kwa hio shamba kwa sababu mwenyewe aliwapea notice. Tegemea. Mungu usitegemee wakuu

Wish I was in a position to help. But it's hard right now I'm extremely suffering too... I do general cleaning in people houses. Lately the past floods at L.kabete made some of my clients vacate to far places. I just thank God in all circumstances though hoping soon it shall be well.
